Great video, Toby! :) I actually enjoy playing Zero Build solo ranked. Unfortunately, I now have to wait for longer than 30 minutes and even still, I don't get a game. So I've started playing build. Hopefully it's more like cross training and won't ruin my zero build game :)

Read vs blue is good but every time I'm just drawn to your map its real game play not a bunch of over powered things to get killed by so has muck has I hate getting killed every few seconds and min. In that map I'm happy you tryed to make something so realistic.

Oh and 5 it really sucks to get so close to killing your first sweat in a fight only to get it stolen by a 3rd party then getting killed seconds later lol.

Thank you Toby for your swift answer to me. I played some red vs blue like you recommended I play till I get a bit better to handle your maps. Of course after a bit I couldn't resisted playing your map again lol and it went about how I expected but that time I did learn something from four of my deaths. One don't give up 2 always keep at least one shock wave in my slot if 3rd party and 4 watch my game play over and over again.

I think they patched it by vuffing the guys i cant even kill one and im level 33

So just got done playing the Shinobi FFA for awhile. Love the whole set up, the current season’s guns and the ability to get the mythics is sweet. Do I feel I got any better? No. Big problem was the dickwads that we’re ten times better than 98% of the other people. They are running around constantly killing everybody else and you couldn’t get any actual good battles going.

Well I fail a lot in unranked zero build and just can’t seem to get any better. It’s the game speed when engaged in close quarters combat, I just can’t aim, move and manage items fast enough, no matter how much I play.

I keep getting matchmaking error messages.. Failed to download... is there a fix for this?

The lever shotty is the most confusing gun ever most awkward fire rate and damage just terrible!

I gotta thank you for this, my aim with the thunder burst smg went from missing every shot to absolutely lasering every opponent. it also worked with shotgun aim. Now I have turned my reticle back on but have learnt to not look at it as much and focus on the enemy.

honestly change the FFA map to be rotating POI's that already exist in the game and you have a banger map. already love playing it, but if you're going for improvement in the actual game that would be ideal.

I’d respectfully disagree. At least with those maps you can fully practice mechanics, weapons, movement items that you wont get as much exposure in real game

1 of main reasons I play FN is to spend time w my brothers who live far away, any advice on how to get them stoked on practicing like I am?

everyone knows ranked fortnite isnt based on skill. never take tips from anyone that says ranked has anything to do with skill.

I stopped playing ZERO BUILD at the beginning of this season, i play 2-3 hours of RED vs Blue everynight, it has its pros and cons but overall i enjoy it better simply because of the sbmm. Yeah id rather play against novice players and the occasional sweat than nothing but sweats and the occasional AI. But im an old head and have reached my ceiling lol
