Cool car and cool guy💪

I am considering a 2018 Volt Premier and this video pushes me that much more towards the purchase. I like the gen2 look and most everything else over the gen1. At its original sticker price it was out of reach by the likes of this buyer, but it is very attractive as a used vehicle. GM was crazy to drop this car, IMHO.

The only resemblance is that boxy body design no more no less…

Does it have memory seats?

Is that the magnetic grey? And what was the final L/100km?

Would you buy a car from a brand that is going out of business? Would you buy a car who’s brand is named after satan? If you answered yes to either of those questions, go ahead and buy a Lucid.

I highly believe that the steering wheel location is dependent on the different driver body type. The cabin is one of the largest in the industry.

Still driving 2010 Chrysler Town and Country Touring with all 4 captain chairs heated. Stiw and go js the only way to go wonderful for long camping trips and can carry anything including 4x8 plywood (cant come close in any pick-up truck). Rented a Pacifica plug in. Im 6'-4" and sat comfortably in the rear bench with my wife 5' 10 in captain chair and a 6"2 driver. The Carnival back row is just for short people or kids. The driver did complain about driving the plugin regenerated brakes but we were getting 31 mph. Live in MI would like all wheel drive. KIA has good style. The Australian version has blind sided cameras when changing lanes and a digital rear mirror when occupants block your view.

Got into a 2014 C300 about 2 years ago. Older gentleman traded it in with only 39k miles. Spotless and always serviced at MB. Car is an absolute joy to drive and has more than enough get up and go for me. Always do my oil at 5k. Did plugs at 60 and transmission service at 70. Just hit 80k recently and so far so good. Not to mention a beast in the snow too. These Germans sure do know what they’re doing there 🤣. Knew a guy that had one 2013 with almost 200k miles ran flawlessly. Maintain them and they will maintain you.

There is not much difference between the 2024 and my 2017. They need to make some changes. Boring

I love the mixure of physical and touch capacitive. It's a blend of old and new technology. If it had too buttons in the interior, then it would look outdated, in my opinion. It takes away from the modern look of the interior.

People dogged the rear end of the Santa Fe. But desire a G-Wagon, which also has low taillights. The irony!

Is the wheelbase shorter than the cx-90?

I like it. The interior is still a mess. Ahh well, Acura is really behind in redesigning their cyclop infotainment. 🤷‍♂️
