Hello Shweta, Thank you for this channel and the videos you have made thus far, I am kindly requesting if you could please make a tutorial of the proper way to perform the following seated leg warm up exercises (1) Ankle Bending, (2) Ankle Rotations, (3) Toes Bending, while using same viewpoint as in this video and with legs position facing directly towards the camera for a duration of atleast 15 seconds each exercise please, Thank you 🙏

We often feel sleepy after meals, especially after lunch as it is the heaviest meal of the day. 😍 Just 100 steps of spot walking shall help increase the fire element and this fire shall the food to digest faster and also expel excess gas thats stuck in our stomach in the form of ‘BURPS’. ✅ This shall help us to utilise our body’s energy in the right direction and not waste the energy for just digesting the food. 🫠 We eat to feel energetic, but we often end up using our energy to process the food that we eat, which is the reason for feeling sleepy, tired, lethargic, anxious etc. ✅ Choose to utilise your energy wisely, and your body shall feel lighter, better and healthier. ✅ Drink 700-800ml of water after 30mins to 1hour of having food - Improves digestion - Improves absorption of nutrients - Faster elimination of waste - Improves flow of energy

Do you notice, when we wash clothes, we twist and turn them in order to squeeze out excess water. Something similar happens when we twist our body. As we twist, we sqeeze out all the excess oil, toxins & fat stored inside the body. ☣️ What part of the body gets involved when we twist?? Twisting targets not only the muscles of the body, but also the organs & bones. While twisting we mainly make use of the upper body, 💠 upper limbs which consists of the entire digestive tract gets worked upon & squeezes out extra visceral fat from the organs. 💠 works on the oblique muscles and the abdominal muscles. 💠 It increases blood flow to the abdominal area. ☣️ BENEFITS: ✳️ Twisting Poses are mainly done to build strength in your core muscles, as well as increase the range of motion of the spine ✳️ The twist in the spine, makes you feel so much more at ease. ✳️ Your love handles will be taken care off ✳️ Your Belly fat will start reducing 🛑 Note: To practice twisting poses safely, it is important to maintain a stable foundation in your twist, so keep your lower body grounded and lengthening your Torso, you begin twisting.
