I ran out of ideas at some point, and slingshots don't really attract a wide audience, sadly. I'll see what I come up with...maybe. Thanks for watching my videos.

Thanks for sharing. I got into daily/serious slinging back in 2017ish and just now seeing this one. All that precision tension on the flat bands looks like it is definitely designed by a shooter for shooter.

I bought such a slingshot on Ozone... and ... one bolt turned out to be defective, as well as a curved and unmarked sight... could you send this sight to me... The price of the issue... Thank you in advance... Your slingshot has 2 cm 4mm horns, which I wish everyone/// And it's becoming more versatile.///

cool! Was thinking of the slingshot method as a way for bringing down drones over a persons property. Something quiet, non lethal, inexpensive but effective.

I'm checking out the reviews to get these for my kids so they can match my real one and it's just....the music in the back round making it seem like this AIRSOFT pistol is the baddest ass gun ever though.....hilarious!

A conversion to AEG is not possible.

@@pebbleshooter3807 that's sad. Airsoft is pretty much banned in my country. Only some springers are available

The crossbow went together quickly and the general fit and finish is a bit above what I expected for the price. kzbin.infoUgkx5B43Qabqt1HedUJyfEqxiwBCfaooIH52 The adjustable stock is a little loose. I had an issue when I tried to cock the bow for the first time with the safety on. The string set in the trap box, held just enough to build up enough tension to rip the string out of my hands when it let go. No significant damage was done, and once I got it sighted in, I wrecked a couple bolts by sending one straight down the shaft of the first. I'm holding ~2" groups at around 50 yards, and I'm not an expert by any means. Best part is that they supply all the replacements parts you may ever need

Are these allowed in slingshot competitions. It seems they would be but I'm not sure. Thanks!
@pebbleshooter3807 Жыл бұрын
Yes. I would however recommend a weaker tapered band set to shoot 7 to 8 mm steel ammo at the 10 meter targets. See the WSA rules here: wsaslingshot.com/rules/

When you aim with this slingshot, do you use the red dot or the green dot?
Thanks for a great video P.S. I have been wondering about buying ANOTHER frame for a while now and I keep coming back to this design. Thanks,

Nicely executed little project and a superior design to what is offered by some of the household brand name manufacturers.

I like the form but it seems a bit on the small in stature and the forks are very shallow for a pinch grip design. Polyoxymethylene or POM (Derlin™) is a good tough hard wearing material though.
@pebbleshooter3807 Жыл бұрын
I'm not quite sure what I make of this design and material, to be honest. I tend to prefer stainless steel versions for their weight and relative safety in use.
@DeepSouthSlings Жыл бұрын
nice tutorial brother ! It had a bit of spalting going on too, which is ALWAYS nice bonus as long as it's still strong.
@pebbleshooter3807 Жыл бұрын
Thanks! Safety is always at the top of my list when making any type of slingshot design. Sadly, this very sturdy shooter ended up in a sealed cardboard box with other generally unused slingshots: I tend to use two or three slingshots out of my entire collection, and that's it...hmm.
