Sections of flat PVC are surprisingly elastic, and are quite suitable for homemade bows and crossbows. Compared to hardened steel limbs, PVC does not seem to break suddenly under tension: a safety feature worth considering for those homemade weapons.

What is the draw weight of the PVC

Roughly 20 pounds or so, I've not actually measured it.

I made a crossbow and hand saws work great as limbs, you should make one like I did

You are definitely right about the hand saw-type of metal, but it's tough to cut to shape. My objective was to experiment with PVC, as many people also make fairly powerful bows with this material.

Pebble Shooter fair enough but if you make another with hand saws a belt sander helps a lot
