BIG THANKS, Rachel, for your instructional video: How To: Installing Roger On iN Receivers! There are several videos on KZbin showing the PAIRING of hearing aids WITH the Roger On iN mic. But yours is the only video I found that demonstrated the INSTALL process of transfering licenses (a.k.a., receivers) INTO hearing aids first. It’s indeed a TWO-step process. First: Install. Second: Pairing. With your direction, Rachel, I successfully installed the licenses into my KS10s and then paired with my KS10s. All in about 10 minutes for a first-timer!

Great video! I am blind and have a question about the cap/cover that goes on the aqua cable headpiece. Is there a specific cap that goes on the Aqua mic? The last time I used mine it sounded like a lot of water was hanging out on the Aqua Mike for an hour, but the other side did not sound that way! Thanks for your help!

The Aquatic case comes with a charging cord. When I plug it in to charge it a blue led light comes on. How do I know when it is fully charged? Does the light color change to green?

🙌🏻Where has this been all my life? I can’t stand the sound of people chewing popcorn with their mouth open. I’ll admit I’m guilty of it when growing up as a kid but it’s the sole purpose of me refraining from going to watch movies at movie theaters, amongst other reasons I refrain from disclosing. It seems all is better now a days and this will definitly by tried out by me. I do hope the battery doesn’t wear out on those while watching the film. Anywho, wow, I’m excited. Finally being able to not feel like a grumpy great grandpa around people eating in a theater because of the noise.

I am a competitive paddler and will be getting a CI after going deaf in one ear due to sudden hearing loss. The AB waterproof battery seems to be the most robust compared to the other two brands' waterproof options. How does it work for you?

I've had my AB cochlear implant for a month now and the processor irritates my skin. I put some moleskin (thin, not thick padding for feet) on the processor and battery but it doesn't help. Any suggestions?

For the Roger On iN V2: Turn just ONE of your hearing aids on. At the back of the receiver at the bottom of the metal clip is a tiny hole. use a SIM card tool or bent paperclip to press the button inside this hole for two seconds, then hold it up to the hearing aid that is on. You should see a tick on the Roger's screen and hear a melody from the HA. Next, turn this HA off and the other one on. Press the button inside the Receiver's hole again for two seconds, and hold it up to the HA which you just turned on. The same tick and melody should happen. And that should be it! (I typed this previously but my comment disappeared...)

I would like to buy the Roger On iN (version 2) for my AB M90 CI. I asked a Phonak audiologist, and she told me I needed to buy two additional products to be able to connect the Roger On iN to my CI, but I dont think I have to do so.

Does this show the same as iPhone???

My daughter has the marvel and says that when it pairs to the phone she can’t hear ambient noise, just the phone. Is is possible to hear her surroundings and hear the Bluetooth source at the same time? What setting in the app controls that?

Im getting an AB upgrade

Hi every body, I'm receiving soonly two CI. Now I have a question: My hearing-nerv should be able to edit frequencies from 20 Hrz up to 25'000 Hrz, but soundprozessors only work between 200Hrz and 8500Hrz, the vocal-range, so a wide range of frequencies are missing. How do you enjoy classical music? Isn't it sounding like the old coal microphone telephones? Thanks so much for your experience!

Thank you for much for your video! My kid uses aqua case for swimming, however the arm band is hard to secure on long sleeves swimsuit, it just slipp away every one in awhile, freak me out when I see the case is flowing😂
