IndyCars race on some of the bumpiest and uneven road surfaces at street circuits; the Ring is very bumpy, and I feel in real life, the F1 car would struggle a lot more with the bumps than the IndyCar, and it would not be as competitive as it was here. Still, hope IndyCar gets back to the 90s glory days of +1000hp

Completely gapped!Great simple content but just a suggestion that you don't have to listen to,it would be cool to have a little more angles such as wheel arches,bumper,leading car rear view,curb cams and etc. if possible!Great video nonetheless and keep it up. P.S:would love to hear commentary if you got a mic or when you get one 😊

More than anything this shows how good the F333 really was. Ever since Forza 2 i've LOVED the F333, excellent weapon. The 499 is just too advanced overall

Indycar hybrid plus 200 hp = 950 hp and future is 1000 hp. Indianapolis 500 up to 400 mph. F1 will not be faster in future.

The hybrid is going to be slowing the cars down, more weight while getting rid of push to pass (the hybrid will replace it).

Humans wouldn't be able to go that fast at Indy, even if the car was capable of it. G forces would be so severe they would go unconscious.

@@gregrowe1168 That's just bullocks. Right now in qualy they go 4G tops. In F1 the drivers get up to 6.5G and nothing happens because of that.

@@ErwinLiszkowicz But to go at 400 mph, I just don't think it would ever be possible on any oval. They're on the ragged edge now going at about 240 mph on the straights. No way you could go much faster at Indy even if the cars had twice the hp.

That is different though, each team has their own f1 car which takes MUUUCH more development and testing time because they’re all unique and teams want to make sure they’re the fastest while an indycar is a spec car and thus doesn’t require as much development or testing or anything like that, completely uncomparable, if each indycar team had to design, develop and test their own indycars each season and then upgrade them throughout the season then the cost would likely be much closer to f1.

I think the Cup Car should be faster. It has more power, more top end speed. On every straight section, it should easily pull away. The GT3 seems better suited to the turns, seems to handle better. The Garage 56 is no standard Cup Car though, much more power.

Ever heard of depth of field? Things that are not in focus are less sharp, blurry, literally.. out of focus. A cool effect afterwards, in videos. But Nobody should play with DOF turned ON, in any kind of game.

@@Killer99215 Story based games and cinematic cutscenes absolutely benefit from DOF, it enhances the graphics. Just look at Baldur's Gate 3 DOF for example. But it can be a hindrance in normal gameplay, yes.

Good race...until you let the RB pass in the last few corners...you clearly gave him room to do down the inside on the corner...the indicar woudlve won with the defensive driving style especially coz it's quicker down the straights

Yep racing against AI. I use content manager with the updated AI. As for the close racing, the URD Toyota GR010 and the VRC Peugeot 9X8 are not equal in terms of performance so I tweak the Restrictor/Ballast in content manager to balance the performance of each mod as well as AI strength depending on the track

Actually in a high or medium downforce level circuit 2023 still beats 919 evo only in low downforce track do they loose out

For me, in reality, if we talk only about the capabilities of each car, the Mercedes would always win. In the curve section, I make a lot of difference and I think that due to the poor visibility of the Mercedes cockpit, the driver made several mistakes and went off the track. because I could have gotten more time in the twisty area, but that's why the Porsche came out closer in the straight area and that is the advantage of the 919 evo against the Mercedes w11, the top speed, what a good video, the best I have seen but For me the Mercedes would be faster, who else believes that or who believes that the Porsche would still be faster? I know it's just a game but it makes your imagination fly.

I don't agree actually, the 919 Hybrid Evo not only has a greater top speed by several dozen km/h as seen in its Nurburgring record video but Porsche claims it produces more downforce than F1 cars and active aero not just DRS, meaning it would be able to perform better overall. You gotta remember that the 919 Hybrid Evo is just the 919 EVO but without any limitations since its a tribute to the 919 EVO while the W11 used here follows all of the FIA restrictions and rules, limiting its absolute potential.

@@alexandersheppard1489 yes of course but if you see in the lap at spa Francorchamps the entire difference of almost 0.5 seconds is made by the Mercedes in the second sector, which is the most twisty, that's why I think that in reality the W11 with its own restrictions beats the 919 which is already improved to the maximum, and I won't even tell you if the restrictions are removed from the W11, it would be overwhelming, impossible to drive

i drove both cars for +100 laps on the Nordschleife in Asset Corsa, I am pretty sure its also the exact same mods I used and the Mercedes came out on top for me by one second a lap 4:59 to 4:58 and I think that this is pretty realistic as seen in the performance of both cars at Spa where again the Mercedes did a faster lap

in real life you also have to note that the F1 car is way too fragile for the Nordschleife - hence if they did build one they'd lose some cornering performance to making the car more robust. So from a real-world perspective I think the 919 Evo would beat the real-life W11 if they built a Nordschleife-version.
