I think you could have got enough IA to pass all the reforms if you had just spam swapped the government reforms and not clicked the events. Once the event has fired, you always get that IA (making the HRE hereditary stops the event firing, rather than removing the IA) So you could just fire enough events to have sufficient IA to reach 100 another 2 times

i was wondering how many PU's you can get in europe... I started trying to get as many as possible but im not quite sure what order to do everything. I started playing as bohemia.. got a pu over poland, lithuania, hungary quite quickly.. got burgundy & milan in events & royal marriages... got brandenburg & saxony also from missions.. conquered austria.. became hre emperor thru luck... then i culture shifted after having completed most bohemian missions to austria & did a bunch more of their missions.. integrated burgundy... my next plan would be to try to form netherlands.. cos i keep hearing you can get a pu over england/britain.. although havent worked out how to do it yet.. afterwards, conquered all of france and form france to then get pu over aragon & naples & castile.. i dunno if this plan would work... or if there is a better order to do it all? or other nations that get other pu's?

I think that you can keep getting limitless imperial authority even after enacting that reform via triggering a lot events before enacting it(basically you have to just spam those events and press them only after enacting the reform )

You should be able to get the last bits of imperial authority by just holding on to the events, as they only give the authority *after* you click them and this should still be the case after passing the third centralized reform

even you should be able to form sardinia-piedmont for extra admin eff before becoming hre tag

its always funny that whne the human player is around the ai does a lot of weird pus - was playing as Morrocco and Austria got PU on castile, Scotland got a PU on France and then immediately lost it to Austria. In like 1460

Hey, I think I just beat the game. I just got level 6 & 7 forts in 1508. I'm pretty sure no one can siege me down now. This is what I did. I don't know if you can do this with a normal nation, cos I used a custom nation. I was trying to see how I could get amazing forts so no one could ever siege my land down. So, I did a custom nation, picked some weird monarchy type that gives extra fort defence. I forget which. Fort defence national ideas and attrition to enemies and Defensive ideas as my first idea etc. But that's not what got me the forts. Firstly, I put my nation in the HRE near Savoy. Allied them, made sure they did well, giving them money, helping in wars so they get some of their missions done. (if you are not getting lucky you can console command it). Basically, eventually Savoy gets the third mission in a row to upgrade its forts to level 4s. Then, I warred Savoy and took their land. I then changed my culture to Piedmontese, and continued playing. Eventually I formed Sardinia-Piedmont. To my surprise I got the Savoy missions again. Weirdly it didnt count my level 4 Bastions as Castles so I had to build 4 more castles. I was assuming it would only upgrade the castles to Bastions, but the mission actually upgraded the Bastions also to Star Forts. So now, pretty much no one can beat me right? I dunno if you can still do this with other nations. Maybe the reason I got the full mission tree was cos I had the basic one myself? Im not sure. You could try this as another nation and see if it works also with non custom nations.
