I purchased a new, open-box copy of Astria Ascending for the Switch from a local junk shop around here a couple of years ago but haven't had a chance to play it. I'd heard there were some performance issues (not sure if they applied to all versions), but it was cheap enough that I figured it was worth the risk. Funnily enough, I just got Alice Gear Aegis a week or two ago. Saw that brand new copies were pretty low priced now so I went ahead and ordered a copy. I ended up getting it on Switch rather than the Playstation because Sony had some baffling decision making and ended up censoring some of the outfits, where-as on the Switch the game is complete. What's funny is, if you actually read up on what was censored, it makes no logical sense. Just couldn't support that kind of thinking so in this instance it was Nindendo who got my cash.

The Saboteur is the gem amongst that nice collection of games. It was also the first game I platinum’d on PS3

Great Vid! That Alice Gear reminds me of Zone of the Enders Combat, not just the triangular cross-hair but the movement too, on my radar now for sure. I tried a game called The VideoKid 80's edition after seeing a gif from it. It's a surprisingly good Paperboy homage from 2018, blew past me completely! Check it out if you haven't already, it's cheap short and sweet.

Why is the ps4 version of Inked is recommended by yourself? I would think the switch version would be better for the ability to play it on the go as well as docked.

Wait a minute, I just realized something. Majin and the forsaken Kingdom, a fantasy version of the bond between 2 characters as the story progresses. Enslaved Odyssey to the West is essentially the same thing, but with a post apocalyptic setting. Finally, you have the most notorious example in The Last of Us which is a survival horror version of this same concept. How interesting, 3 games with the very same throughline that just exists in different genres. It almost seemingly lessens the importance of what the Naughty Dog was able accomplish when TLOU initially released

Ehh... I've never been too crazy about Asura's Wrath. I platinumed prototype on PS4 which was ridiculous. That game on its highest difficulty setting is stupid hard and the combination you have to do on the final box fight is almost impossible to pull off not to mention, the controls are WAY too unrefined. I don't know if there's any other game that's asked you to try and press the 🔴 and 🟪 button at the same time to do a combo

Max Payne 3 and Splinter Cell Blacklist have on Xbox and with regards to Prince of Persia 2008, I feel the same way about tha 23:20 t game as I do with Ninja Theory and DMC Devil May Cry or Platinum Games and Metal Gear Rising Revengeance. All these games seem great, but they're not part of the main franchise and I own all the other games on PlayStation. So, I'd probably just pick it up on Xbox 360 because if it's one thing Microsoft's console is great for, its backwards compatibility and spin-off games like that feel right at home on a different platform than the main series. I do own MGRR on PS3 already

Saboteur is great played it 2020 for the first time such a good game
