Would it be too ambitious to make an area rug?

NO NOT TRUE. I've watched this video several times and did exactly what they said. The blade ends up very loose and wobbly. Where does the yellow washer go? On the blade side? Under the blade or over it? Does it go on the nut side? Under or over the spring piece ????? None of these options work.

I have watched your pants video several times but my figure is nit like your mannequin shape. I know where I want waist but high hip is about I inch below my waist ( stomach) and then my back side is huge also, My lower body is a very odd shape and is hard to get any pants to fit correctly. What are your thoughts for making pants for myself. Does the Sasha pants fit the odd shape bodies? Will it be extra hard to get this pants pattern to fit a full figure women. Please respond. Thanks.

Is the measurement on the squares for the half square triangles 7/8”? Or are they 4 7/8”? I’m confused by the directions.

Gingher brand are the goat, I’ve had a pair for over 40 years and they are still razor sharp, never been sharpened. Granted, I’m careful but I’ve cut lots of things and still holding out. I’ve bought others and no contest IMO.

HELP: What type of scissors are the most useful for grooming (hair)? They are slightly smaller than standard scissors but give you excellent control. The blades cut effortlessly through beard hair. I have recently noticed that both have gone missing during the summer. I believe my ex has one and someone took the other one during a party. Basically, they are gone and probably never coming back. Does anyone have any ideas/suggestions on what type of scissors they may have been?

Is it easy to bind the rug after it has been washed and fluffed? Before I saw this I was thinking to bind it before I washed and dried it.

I was following along and understanding very well until the last few minutes when you split the front piece down the middle. At that point I’m think why not just start out from a larger size from the get-go?
