Yep, it’s true. Even animals align their body’s like this. Avoid the North! I’ve just turned my bed around & now my head is South. It does make a difference !

neh, at 36° north, i sleep with my head pointing west, to wake up to the rising sun on the east pointing my feet.

I do alot of barefoot hiking and always do stuff in my garden barefoot but running IDK .....you would have to have the right surface as even walking I often slow down to a snails pace because of the stony ground. I love watching others doing such crazy things and I love barefoot

Awesome video. I walk and hike everywhere barefoot. Although I can only walk in snow for about 5 minutes. It feels so natural not wearing shoes.

Last year i did the barefoot walk until the end of november, since last summer i walk a lot in the street on tar, bike path and also i walk around a lake on tar. I started walking barefoot again a little over a month ago, i have done 8 so far, 6 in the street, 1 around a lake and 1 in forest and this week i took 3 barefoot walks in the street. Keep walking barefoot it feels a lot of good, do you also walk barefoot in the street or is it only in nature?

Doesn’t it feel so amazing?? It’s like charging my battery to the max! Mainly in nature! I did walk barefoot in the street on a mountain town which is pretty much like Nature with the dirt road and all lol.

Yea laying with your head facing the north can actually cause swelling of the brain the capillary there are very small,, so too much blood can cause hematomas and swelling of the brain. Best to sleep to the south or the east.

Wow, really deep man. Score on those two pieces of wood in the shed. Being alone in the cabin so intense and scary. Maybe the neighbors that you can see from the driveway could come over and play cards or something.

Yes, I know: BARE FEET ARE HAPPY FEET ❗ Humans have evolved barefoot and the feet are well-equipped to handle any problems they might encounter on the ground. Aside from accidentally stepping onto something that might be painful (e.g. a Lego) you’ll be fine. In fact, it’s much healthier to go barefoot, than to let your foot sweat inside your shoe, creating a dark, damp and warm environment, perfect for the growth of bacteria and fungi. Aside from that, your average modern shoe is too narrow for the human foot, meaning it will compress and eventually deform your foot causing all kinds of issues. I like to walk (run or just live) barefoot, because I don't like to wear shoes. These are my best shoes : 🦶🏼🦶🏼 (since at 2 years old, in 1961). In fact, “Going barefoot is the gentlest way of walking and can symbolise a way of living - being authentic, vulnerable, sensitive to our surroundings. It’s the feeling of enjoying warm sand beneath our toes, or carefully making our way over sharp rocks in the darkness. It’s a way of living that has the lightest impact, removing the barrier between us and nature".- Adele Coombs, “Barefoot Dreaming” ☺💚 I wish you all the best, with strong health and happiness, in quiet and peace 🕊 ! Sincerely, Dinu, barefoot hiker from Romania... 🌲🦶🏼🦶🏼🌲🌄

With my greatest pleasure, dear Jessica / @@JessicaTraughber ☺. So, you like to run barefoot. Very good and me also. I run much better than in adidas shoes. In fact, I don't like to wear shoes. I wish you all the best, with strong health and happiness, in quiet and peace 🕊! And may you have a lot of strength to run barefoot (so healthy), at least until the age of 76 ... like this man -kzbin.info/www/bejne/lWWbh3-QqpxgqdE✌🏻!
