Georgia I have subscribed your channel and have been following your barefoot videos. Though you say you got inspired I don't see much of your barefoot videos lately. My personal view is (as a fulltime barefooter myself ), you should not worry about what others say or stares. If going barefoot makes you happy, no one else's opinion should ever matter. Just adopt barefoot lifestyle, go everywhere with your bare soles.

Awesome video. I walk and hike everywhere barefoot. Although I can only walk in snow for about 5 minutes. It feels so natural not wearing shoes.

I do alot of barefoot hiking and always do stuff in my garden barefoot but running IDK .....you would have to have the right surface as even walking I often slow down to a snails pace because of the stony ground. I love watching others doing such crazy things and I love barefoot

Perfect time to start - it's only going to get warmer. :) I would recommend starting on some hard surfaces to make sure your walking and running style is natural. But before all that I would recommend just getting out into a wild environment with many different surfaces, climb some trees, hills and rocks. Feet are hands. Caress and fondle the Earth!

Yes, I know: BARE FEET ARE HAPPY FEET ❗ Humans have evolved barefoot and the feet are well-equipped to handle any problems they might encounter on the ground. Aside from accidentally stepping onto something that might be painful (e.g. a Lego) you’ll be fine. In fact, it’s much healthier to go barefoot, than to let your foot sweat inside your shoe, creating a dark, damp and warm environment, perfect for the growth of bacteria and fungi. Aside from that, your average modern shoe is too narrow for the human foot, meaning it will compress and eventually deform your foot causing all kinds of issues. I like to walk (run or just live) barefoot, because I don't like to wear shoes. These are my best shoes : 🦶🏼🦶🏼 (since at 2 years old, in 1961). In fact, “Going barefoot is the gentlest way of walking and can symbolise a way of living - being authentic, vulnerable, sensitive to our surroundings. It’s the feeling of enjoying warm sand beneath our toes, or carefully making our way over sharp rocks in the darkness. It’s a way of living that has the lightest impact, removing the barrier between us and nature".- Adele Coombs, “Barefoot Dreaming” ☺💚 I wish you all the best, with strong health and happiness, in quiet and peace 🕊 ! Sincerely, Dinu, barefoot hiker from Romania... 🌲🦶🏼🦶🏼🌲🌄

With my greatest pleasure, dear Jessica / @@JessicaTraughber ☺. So, you like to run barefoot. Very good and me also. I run much better than in adidas shoes. In fact, I don't like to wear shoes. I wish you all the best, with strong health and happiness, in quiet and peace 🕊! And may you have a lot of strength to run barefoot (so healthy), at least until the age of 76 ... like this man -kzbin.info/www/bejne/lWWbh3-QqpxgqdE✌🏻!

I cycled 40km today in the bitter cold to exorcise some demons. Took nearly two hours to regain feeling in my feet. Worth it? Sure. I need to buy thicker socks perhaps.

@@JessicaTraughber At the beginning of 2021, I watched girls put on their bare feet shoes, and I decided that I must try too! In July, I was doing it every day! And the following year, at the beginning of May, I started soaking my feet in the icy river and running barefoot on the young grass.
