Bummer I never got a chance to see this, as I was excited about it pre COVID. There’s still something about Hugh’s singing voice that is off-putting to me. Maybe i could get used to it, it’s just sooooooo stiff. Not in a Mathew Broderick sort of way, but just a… I dunno, not classically trained sort of way.

OMG that kiss. Give me a break, we did this HS. I don't remember the script asking for a make-out session on stage. Disgusting!! If were Deb I Would sue this trader for his whole fortune and then see where that leaves their little make-out sessions. Now that we know they were screwing their partners behind their backs/or not so much this scene actually makes me very angry, I hate cheaters. Remember Sutton, it usually ends how it begins...

Reality check: we have no idea what happened. Also, it's none of our business. But, as a thought game: if they became friends and fell in love over time, with subsequent marriages that were already running their course, then I have empathy for what I'm sure could be a painful transition for anyone with a heart (these two have one). I am so glad we live in a place and time where we are not trapped in marriages by law or religion or culture. Where we can change and shift and grow, as all of life does. If a marriage lasts decades or till the end then that could be lucky, but I only think it would be if it were more joyful, easy, and natural than not. If you WANT to be there, through it all and now included.

Bizarre since she did an episode of say yes to the dress almost a year later. She said she was marrying the boyfriend, not Hugh for sure. She bought the dress. Obviously she never went through with it but if this was the moment they fell in love, why would we she go buy a wedding dress to someone else?

I’m gonna be honest I really don’t think Sutton Foster is that great of a singer. She’s an amazing actress and a heck of a dancer, but I’ve never thought that she was that great of a singer even in Shrek and I’m just really annoyed with all these comments about how wonderful they are together When literally their union destroyed families. Both of them threw away perfectly good marriages, just for people that aren’t there to begin with.

@@jessicasunnyd I probably know better than you think. My stepfather cheated on my mother with my best friend, and you never fully recover from that no matter how bad the marriage was. I speak freely about the subject as a child that has gone through that when I say my opinion, it is because I'm thinking of all the children that are involved and the spouses who didn't deserve the public humiliation Because they were married to celebrities celebrities that weren't even famous when they married.And my mother didn't fight for a divorce not until he tried to lay hands on me. It's been over a decade since that time, and it still haunt me. I wish everybody would stop judging me for giving out my opinion, especially when that opinion is based on real experience.

no paso nada, un canal de youtube se invento todo, y lo sacaron de una revista amarilla de chismes. A el le sirve que hablen. Why are no new musicals being written? The Music Man's score from 1957 has aged so badly. Lerner & Loewe's work hasn't (such as Camelot and My Fair Lady), but this has. So little can be done with the blocking and choreography because of it, and it moves so very slowly. Even when the choreography speeds up, it still feels horribly slow, and the music is to blame.
