Thanks, yes there are a lot of flirty scenes between them in TOS. And more evidence in the deleted flirty harp/lute scene. Plus what they did in ST09. It was sort of implied that she ended up with Scotty in the later movies. So it would make sense since she got close with Hemmer and now makes a great team with Pelia. Would be a good set up for Uhura/Scotty in s3 of SNW.

I have been re-watching SNW in hopes of finding some overlooked scenes/reactions so I don't have to use the same like 3 scenes over and over. But maybe I just need a break from shappel vids. And yes many times when they alert me to a new comment I click on it and it's gone! So it's not just you. KZbin attacking fan vidders again it seems!

Haha! Glad you liked it :D Oh wow youtube gave me automatic captions. The only CC that I did myself was on the falling video. On this video it was automatic. Yes it missed a lot of lyrics. But I used text in the video itself so turn off the auto generated CC, cuz it covers up the text I put in the video. For the falling video I put CC myself since the lyrics were hard to hear. And sometimes I like to re-watch my own vids. And the CC were for myself a little bit too lol. But this song is very hard to make out what she is saying. Why I put the text in the actual video. Doing CC in the yt editor is annoying and hard! Much easier to do it while vidding. But maybe there is a program I can get to do the CC and then upload that. The YT editor is a nightmare lol. The song when I shazamed it was called: Luxurious But Its Ayesha (sped up) it's also listed on yt as: Ayesha Erotica- Luxurious (remix) sped up Ayesha erotica - Luxurious (Remix) [original version] Ayesha Ericota - Luxurious Remix (Sped up) Vixen × Luxurious - Ayesha Erotica (sped up) As far as I can tell the artist is Ayesha and it's called Luxurious Remix. And the version I used was the sped up version.

@@taylorwaterman7316 I looked up Luxurious lyrics and what first came up was one by Gwen Stefani (and is apparently the one Ayesha Erotica is based on?). When I found out it wasn't the right song, I searched for the Ayesha one and and watched it. As far as the Transcript, on my desktop it doesn't cover the video.

What she did was take the original GS song Luxurious, the music part of the song and sang her own lyrics on top of it. So yeah it's confusing what qualifies as being called a remix cuz it's basically a whole new song. But since the beat is the same as the original song it's a remix. Also GS remixed her own song too. So I went into the comments tab of the YT studio and it finally showed me your comment.

@@taylorwaterman7316 Thanks for posting all the lyrics, although I had found a version of the song that had them. I have rewatched this video several times and did want to comment about something else. In the scene where T'Pring and Christine are sitting on benches facing each other, it looks like T'Pring has some serious booty. I tried looking at some other clips of T'Pring and it seems her skirts are usually full and we don't usually see a back view of her. Makes me wonder why. The powers that be seem intent on making the women on SNW look less like women.

I have a lot of praise for SNW to fix a lot of the problems Trek had in the past. Namely the treatment of women. I like how the women are finally equal. They wear pants/are not half naked. But then they are sort of having shirtless men. Although they had that in Trek in the past as well. One of the things I miss from TOS was how all the women had full glam. The only woman getting that is Una really. Make up, hair, nails, different outfits. Even in the fantasy ep s1 the women were not too dolled up. Like La'an she was a friggin princess! But they still had her hair up? I'm still pissed they made Uhura's hair that short. At least they are trying to give some glam to Chapel! We got to see some Matrix style fashion in the s2e1 when they went undercover to the mining planet. I actually wanted to make a video about this. How dolled up the TOS ladies were vs how they make the SNW's women look. I mean these are all gorgeous women don't get me wrong, but I miss the full glam of the 60's. It made no sense to have full glam and beehive hairdo. But it's a show! I get it that modern women are more casual and it reflects the time it's made of course. I just miss the glam of the past.

Thanks! It was a bit of a struggle with the text cuz I don't want it to stick out like a sore thumb. I'm thinking about just CC all my vids (even tho it's hard and a pain) like my Falling vid. Well, Majel had Spock's role to begin with, 2nd in command. Then they made her this weak woman and even infantilized her. There was that scene where Spock told her to hit him and she reluctantly did, Scotty runs in and stop her. M'Benga continues. But she never gets an apology. And even M'Benga kinda treats her like a kid in TOS. It's sad to see. But yeah it was the 60's. I love how they have Chapel now, just living her life, flourishing career, love life, etc. She has a bleak future. Why I'm hoping they make this AU and just do what they want LOL. I'm up for it but I need to find a song and the clips are there. Spock has given Uhura a lot of pep talks and she was there for him during the drama with Chapel. I suppose it would not be that hard. I'm still looking for a song for a Uhura/Hemmer friendship vid. Of course I got a lot of Shappel ideas cuz SNW is finally shipping them for real ;D I also have general cast ideas. More Crack vids, and joke vids.
