that foliage!!! looks so green and tasty,... and i'm not even a cow :D just kidding - in my area it/s the DNR management of fish has managed stocks into depletion with commercial netting both legal and poaching due to lack of resource to enforce,.. and then they blame everything else from suburban development and climate change and need a lot of tax revenue to mitigate, not fix :(

Most of these trails and roads were first used by the Native Americans. The pioneers and trappers AND MINERS followed them usually in search of timber and other resources until they got washed out and sometimes re routed. Here in Escalante alot of the trails we ride started out this way. Some turned into roads some became horse and Atv trails. Some have vanished due to erosion. But you can always expect to find juniper stumps and chippings and some artifacts along these corridors.

Definitely a ton of history behind many if not most trails and road we have today!

Hello, greetings from Escalante in Spain, Cantabria. In 2001 I was riding a mtb through Crested Butte, Gunninson, Vail and Moab. It was a wonderful experience with the North American people and their incredible landscapes. What we liked the most was Moab since It is a unique place, the other areas can be found in Spain, but not Moab. Unfortunately, on 😢😢😢9/11, a sad day that I will never forget, I suffered a serious blow in Moab but I was able to recover and get out on my own. Afterwards we went to Vail, which It was the Mtb world championship and friends were running in the Spanish Mtb team. Greetings and thank you very much for your effort in making these videos that are out of the ordinary.

I share your displeasure with seeing our beautiful lands (USFS/BLM, etc.) ruined by grazing. Edward Abbey called those who graze their cattle on public lands, "welfare farmers" since they pay a pittance for doing so. That's one of the key reason our family went vegan - stop supporting this environmental destruction. Enjoy your videos a lot! Gives us great ride ideas in our backyard.
@minerbiker24 күн бұрын
Totally agree with the "welfare farmers" label. The goverment might as well be paying them to run the livestock... It is changing somewhat little by little. A lot of areas I'm seeing fewer head of cattle and more restrictions on how long they can stay in an area before they have to move. Glad you're enjoying the channel content!

i remember 1st seeing Fezzari brand name and thinking 1) it was a smaller company that i hadnt heard of before and 2) were they trying to sound like Ferrari? made me wonder if they were so small that seemed like a good idea,... As it turned out - No, it wasnt attempt to hanger on to the sports cars, but I think the new name may do them some small in good going forward as more new consumers 1st become aware and may skip that awkward phase of wondering what the co is all about. it seems each company does develop some reputation in the mind of each consumer. i dont own an Ari yet, but for me, their brand is building this feeling of solid bike design by real people, with quality builds that are not overpriced :)

I just Frankenstein'd a kings peak together this winter with a mix of old and new parts to get it together and in true Frankenstein fasion even have a factory defect frame my friend had replaced under warrenty. I'm 28, lived in Alaska my entire life and grew up riding bikes but could never afford or justify a fatbike until recently. I've loved riding this kings peak so much over the last few months i've been trying to find every way to justify riding it into and through the summer. Coming across your channel and videos was exactly the confirmation i needed, just ordered a set of 29+ wheels and i could not be more excited to get them on. Awesome content, keep it up. And if you ever find yourself looking for a change of scenery, Alaska has a lot of mines in need of a good engineer. We also have a pretty great biking community ;)
