Hanji vitamin D ki kami ki waja say bhi ho sakta ha iron ki kami ki waja say bhi Sb say main chz agr ap may hormonal imbalance ha PCOS ki problem ha tu us may ya chz ho sakti hay.zyada strees ki waja say bhi hota ha.or agr ap hairs pay koi stationer use krtay hein us say bhi ho sakta . Vitamins ki kami ki waja say hair kamzoor hotay hiej or toot jatay Hein.or Supplement ki dose bhi ap Kay test pay depend krti ha kitni kamii ha vitamins ki us hissab say dose recommend ki jati ha . normally dose 600 to 800 IU per day hoti ha agr zyada kami hu phir dose zyada krni parti lakin .
