Pretty great list, played most of them on switch. Bo was a great platform, ender was great, lost crown was the best prince of persia game ever, while nine sols shattered my expectations. Nine sols is 2D sekiro and 100% the crap out of it!

I recommend The Mobius Machine (released March 2024). It was excellent. Sci-fi metroidvania with fun combat, great platforming, tons of hidden areas/paths, and extremely fun boss battles. I don't think this one got a lot of attention. Highly recommend it.

Mark of the Deep intrigues me. I imagined a game like this years ago, only it had more Bioshock-like visuals. The final product will be neat to see.

If you call them “beat them up” I can’t trust you

I would like to see a sequel to Skinny & Franko. For me this game is the ultimate beat 'em up dream. This game has everything a game of this genre should have. Lots of punches, interactions, atmosphere, playability and brutality. Of course an extensive combat system. Most beat 'em ups on the market seem poor and disabled in comparison. One button games.

Just wanted to say Abathor does have a save feature of sorts - I'm currently playing it and it will save your level progress in story mode (as there's 50 levels, which is amazing!) so you can pick up where you left off, however you're character looses the upgrades you selected though you will be given money to repurchase them.

What's with these companies making these small ass sprites. They're all making the same crap like the first person shooters. Give me bigger sprites and well animated.
