The only roguelike thing about it is the 10 different stats you get at the end of each boss/perk totem. Was over it by the 3rd attempt. Played over 100 games of survival mode

Ravenswatch isn’t out yet on ps5 at least I know on pc it’s out but consoles no so you might want to double check your release dates. Also witchfire is coming out on console so you might want to double check your system releases.

I followed Streets of Rogue back when it was still in Early Access, even before it was added to Steam. Streets of Rogue was a roguelike. Streets of Rogue 2 Is no longer a roguelike. You don't lose anything when you die. It's more of a GTA randomly generated open world with replayability. There is nothing about it that makes it a roguelike or a roguelite. It's fantastic, but it left the roguelike genre.

I love witchfire and have dozens and dozens of hours on it but there’s not really a roguelike feel to it. Since it’s not Perma death and maps are pretty consistently the same in Poi’s besides the occasional different leveled enemy camp. It’s more like hunt showdown where you go in, get resources/complete the main map Objective then extract to upgrade your character. Dying is only really a minor setback
