Would you say it is worth investing in more like the higher end side of the property market în Chișinău with such developers as INAMSTRO and renting it out long term for income? 10 years +)

I have never rented out my properties in Chisinau, as I was focused on buying and selling instead. However, right now the rental prices are pretty good for an investor especially AirBnB, so i would expect more people doing both long and short term rents! In case of Airbnb, as you do your maths, try to see what the associated costs are, could be lucrative. But again now prices are also high for buying, so it really comes down to the deal you get, based on current buying prices could be tought to make it work with long term rentals. Hope this helps!

Guvernul Moldovei ar trebui sa puna stop cumva pentru acei care investesc în proprietati si pe urma vând mai scump,în acest fel preturile din Chisinau la apartamente au crescut într-un ritm nebun.Si unul din motive de ce preturile sunt asa nebune sunt afaceristii imobiliari🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
