How do you deposit and what the method of payment

Good question! missed it in the vid, thanks for asking. So, there are 3 ways: you can literally use your debit card to deposit (which is the easiest i guess), bank transfer (takes longer), or even apple pay (which is even easier if you have an apple device)

Depends on esch case, but i found it to be pretty accurate + if you get capital appreciation from the property being sold, ends up being a great ROI, also smartcrowd’s team is highly responsive
