Thank you for this video Please will 3yard be enough for both the bubu and tge trouser?
@GG.GiftGodstime6 күн бұрын
Not at all.... 3yards only for the bubu.and if your full length is 60upwards you will have to use 3.5yards just for the bubu. My full length is 57....The trouser is 2.5yards with a different fabric (silk)the tutorial will come up shortly....

Thank you so much... please if one adds a crinoline at the hem of the fabric together wity the pleats, will it increase the fullness? Especially if the fabric was not cut as a flair but pleated as a straight fabric
@GG.GiftGodstimeАй бұрын
Cutting with flare gives this ball dress shape compared with straight cutting. Straight won't increase the fullness if that what you are aiming at. Only 180degree, 360 & above degree flare will give it that effect. 90 degree & straight won't. It will just look basic

Thanks for this, so helpful Pls what if its going to be at the cape or tip of the neck and also, can plain fabrics be used in place of organza, thank you
@GG.GiftGodstimeАй бұрын
Yes it's possible for both questions, u can make use of fabric and you can also insert it at the neck line region. What gives it the structure is the bonning that is encased.
@bolutaiwo5128Ай бұрын
@GG.GiftGodstime thank you for your response ma, I guess if its going to be at the neck, a press button will be used to tack it to the main dress

Good evening how to use this body measurement chart please thank you
@GG.GiftGodstime2 ай бұрын
The measurements ranges can be traced to the age of the child, chest/bust, waistline, shoulder to floor if it’s a long ball dress, shoulder to waistline and lastly armhole depth were the parameters listed on the chart. I did not include Sleeves because it varies depending on the style and length of choice, which can be measured on the child. The same way measurements are taken for adult is the same way the difference is, this is a smaller figure because the outfit is for a child.

@@GG.GiftGodstime yes what I mean what I mean is you should arrange it yeas by years so that someone can understand because the way you write it now if someone want to use one year he will not know he will not know how to what to use how to go about it please arrange it years by years thank you

Thank you ☺that is so clever, I would have never been able to work that myself. Tell me can you do this with a copy of of a ready made pattern?
@GG.GiftGodstime3 ай бұрын
Yes of course but you have to alter the basic block pattern at the neckline by slashing and spreading it to give this pleats effect.

God bless you ma, please how many yards of damask and organizer did you use ma,a new subscriber
@GG.GiftGodstime4 ай бұрын
I did explain the yardage I used in the video.. for the damask for the upper part is half yard but for the entire dress I used 2.5yards then the organza I used half yard… The beginning of the video I displayed all the fabrics I will be using for the outfit. Lastly to get the ball dress effect I added tulle underneath the damask so it’s not just the 2.5yards of damask that is giving the ball dress effect…

Beautiful dress ❤ pls did you use hard or soft net?
@GG.GiftGodstime6 ай бұрын
Medium tulle net…not hard mesh net because it’s shrinks after washing and not the very soft net tulle because it won’t give the ball shape effect for the dress.
