Wow.. i just played my concert ukulele for the first time, with your instruction. I DID IT! I need to cut my left hand fingernails. 😢. I used a Shark tuner, and had to lookup which note each string is supposed to be. Im THAT new.. thx

This lesson was a total light bulb moment for me! Because playing the Ukelele requires coordinating 2 separate rhythms- the rhythm of strumming and the rhythm of the melody I could not understand if I need to label each word as up or a group of words with down but it never seemed to fit! I did not realize that the strum pattern follow the beat of the song either in 3 or 4 beats followed by accenting the first beat. I really liked how you broke every detail down with mini, practical lessons. By the end of your lesson I was finally able to sing and strum out a pattern after months of trying! Thank you! I am definitely subscribing for more lessons!
