Been playing clawhammer for a couple of years now. Once you get it (and it does take practice) it really is a most satisfying way to play the uke. You explained the technique really well. The Duke banjolele sounds fantastic.

I don't know if you take music requests, but I was wondering if you could do a tutorial on tis autumn from the show sanford and son, that it can be played more fast and up beat in a similar fashion?

Thanks for the video. When issues for getting a clear sound for 2º and 3rd string, is it a matter of longer nail or the type of ukulele strings ? I suppose that with a banjolele the sound will be nicer but I see from Aaron Keim's videos that with an ukulele is also possible to get a decent sound. What do you think?
