It's always been nuts to me that the Saiyan who gets the most attention besides Goku was the stuck up prince of no relation, rather than Goku's own brother. Not to mention that hair. Raditz got the best hair of his whole race. For sure rather see Raditz brought back than Frieza either way. I hate Frieza with a burning passion lol.

You answered why by stating the fact that Vegeta was more evil, which he absolutely was. He got redeemed despite how illogical it would be to forgive such a man. Raditz doesn't necessarily need to be redeemed, just given more opportunities to cement himself in the series.

You even admitted that Vegeta was originally more evil. Frieza out of all the characters was revived multiple times and he shouldn't have been brought back thst many times. It should be easy to redeem Raditz just fill him in on what Frieza did and how Goku and Vegeta's lives have been like since then. Most of Goku's allies were former villains too. It's actually fairly easy to understand. First of all I don't want every evil Saiyan to be saved only Raditz specifically. Raditz is Goku's brother and would have similar potential has him. He also died before learning about the powerups and how to achieve them. Training is a thing and yes he would need to get a power boost in order to be relevant and make a difference in the series. Plus he is a Saiyan so he could catch up quickly due to the abilities that they have like Zenkai Boosts and the Saiyan forms working like a power multiplier. Plus their other abilities which would make a difference. If he was a ordinary human for example there would be no way to catch up to Goku and Vegeta but for Raditz it would be possible. So I want something like that to happen in the futures and in just might. Toyotarou can pull that off he also wrote Dragon Ball Zero which was about Raditz has a child so he may be open to that idea.

He’d be kinda Yamcha-ish but what he lacks in power, he gains in his cunning. launching dastardly schemes against the Z fighters because it’s the best he can do. and as a traditional saiyan, he still has a healthy fear and respect for his prince.. cuz I need vegita’s magesty validated in real time!

OHH HELL THERE 😊 missed you, you know I was writing down my script for a project this was actually on my mind

It was an execution issue more than a concept issue in my opinion. They had great ideas in alot of cases that were done very poorly. I think saying it sucks is too simple of an approach. You can like super. You can like super for what it represents. You can like super for some of its cool well done moments. You can like super because it provides closure or extends on something you feel was left unsaid in Z. However I think we need to just sit down and be real with ourselves. Super has had a plethora of issues that go beyond just mere artistic quality. Super suffered from pacing issues. It suffered from laziness. It suffered from rushed production. The storyline had BLATANT mis-writes and you could tell alot of it was just thrown out to give fans something to chew on. The superhero movies plot was outright comical for example. Especially considering the competition dragon ball as a franchise faces, it deserved more. The errors and misteps are not things that happen commonly with a series that is being well taken care of. One Piece for example gets far more love and appreciation than the Dragon ball anime from Toei. Think Jujutsu Kaisen. I’m aware dragon ball has never on that level of serious but in the past the series definitely has a better care to detail. That really can’t be argued. There are tons of examples of this that other bigger dragon ball channels have pointed out with facts and explanation so anyone disagreeing needs to check them out. But to summarize: It is not a CRIME to say you still like it but it’s just being outright biased to say you don’t understand why it gets the hate it gets. People aren’t “trippin”. Lol if it was that good you wouldn’t see the outcry. Just as we have to let people like what they like, we have to let people dislike what they dislike. Dragon ball deserved better and I think the fans deserved better. Yes the Broly movie was good. Yes I’ve read the manga. I have criticisms of that too.
