In Arabesque 1 (I don't care much for number 2), I imagine the entire cycle of life, from the beginning in the innocence of childhood, then discovering love, then even going through buildings and moments of work and difficulties in the city, yes, in that stronger and deeper part, and then perhaps having children and grandchildren, some kind of return to a simpler and calmer life, with memories of times past.

This is the best reaction video i have seen on YT. I'm from Italy, the birthplace of Antonio Vivaldi. We are a little bit more used to hear some classical music. I agree with you, everybody should listen good classical music. Vivaldi's music comes from heaven directly to your soul. I believe this could be a better world. Check Vivaldi' Four Seasons, you will do a journey in space and time. I subscribed, keep on! 👍

Burton Cummings kicks ass. I have loved him since 68, when I was 10 years old. I must confess that I hadn't heard a lot of his solo stuff in years. But the last month, I have done a deep dive into his music again. In my opinion, he is the greatest male singer ever. Now, I don't go to sleep at night without listening to him!

Why do you have to interrupt the music? It’s so beautiful it doesn’t need a commentary.

Hello, it's a pleasure to see videos of you reacting again. I've been following you for approximately 4 years, because of your reactions to music in Spanish. I wish you could do more of those. Greetings from Mexico City.

@alanstrom2221 0 seconds ago Effortless and seamless musicianship. It's hard to believe these super cool, laid back musos are producing this music in a LIVE environment. Sounds as good or better than the studio recording. The War on Drugs made the Australian music charts without any commercial radio airplay. JJJ FM gave them some, though it was mostly down to 'word of mouth' that people got to know who they were. I first heard them on 2ser 107.3 in Sydney, when I heard them wafting thru the air. @alanstrom2221 @alanstrom2221 1 second ago Very smooth and cruisy music from The War on Drugs. I own the album that this track is from, though I think I need to explore their other material. Superb musicianship and song writing. I hope they tour Australia again. Genius.

Burton is a great performer and his voice is amazing. I had the pleasure of working in a French restaurant in Victoria BC Canada where he had a home and would drop by sometimes. So one night he and his woman come by for dinner on a slow Tuesday and he asks me if he can play the baby grand piano on the edge of the main dining room. Of course I say, so he played about three tunes no vocals but the staff and the few diners we had there were amazed.

im 16 years old, gen z, and was obsessed with the la folia progression since last year. i want to play this on my violin even if i focused more on my flute. im still learning and learning until i make it to the orchestra in the future and i love watching people listen to la folia! i'd also love it if more people listened to dvorak's entire new world symphony especially the 4th movement and even j.b lully's le bourgeois gentilhomme or perhaps tourdion or brahms sieben lieder op 62! not many people here listens to it but hope you will in the future. most grown ups might think gen z teens like me wont be into these types of music but dont worry theres still plenty out there that would go deep deep into the world of medieval, renaissance, baroque, romantic, and classical music and i look forward to meet them somewhere sometime somehow

I am listening from Vancouver but got to love the Mills Brothers as a child in Denmark when they made frequent concerts. It was televised and my father told is all to listen. Am I glad I did. They are the best! So happy that KZbin makes listening to them now possible. 😊 Watch them live. They are so charming.

I'm not sure if you have or not but if you look at other recordings you'll see that in this time period it was common to interchange instruments used for a piece.
