The crisp picture-quality of this film, along with the colorization, is amazing! It's like a brand new film. A treasure. THANK YOU.

It is wonderfully clear, but better to stick to B&W rather than seeing people's clothes change color as they move. It's too distracting.

Because I liked this film so much, over the years I have watched this several times in Black & White and thoroughly enjoyed it. However tonight watching it in this orange & black colour it has not had anything like the same successful effect. This is because black & white takes us away from the reality of the era of colour.

Simon, once again a home run. Enjoyed the movie and both versions. I do enjoy the B&W versions Thank you for your hard work. TCM should hire you to enhance and brush up their catalog of oldies but goodies.

A mystical journey into lush green countryside and beautifully colored trees in pinks, grays, pale yellows, lavender. Oh, what ecstatic beauty as the sun is in decent! This was not "some" cows Simon, but "lots" of cows! Grandmother told me, when cows lay down it's going to rain.🐄💌Thanks Simon, bless you...💞

Ahhh Simon, this is superb; took me into other-worldly places within, while stunning visual scenes played without. I love Clifford Lake, a place to just be with spirits and unknown creatures of the deep. I could spend DAYS & DAYS there, walking, exploring, smelling the water, moss, earth, fresh air. Your video captured it all and Jesse Gallagher's music Satya Yuga set the tone of perfection...Thank you both so very much...🌹

Loved this video & Sir Cubworth's music "Rolling Hills! It's beautiful to see these seaside spots that release into grassy knolls and countryside, hard to match that in the world...Thanks simon, onto the next video...🥰

So they may not have the budget of big screen Hollywood films but there’s something about the old horror films that has a charm of its own that just feels right.

Natalie Wood was definitely the star of this wonderful movie. Thank you for uploading. NB: I didn't like the colourisation, and the b&w version was a little weird 🤣Other than that, I really enjoyed this film.

Oh Simon Ward, a beautiful treat for my eyes, thank you, thank you❣ I always wanted to see England, the countryside, the ocean cliffs, and fantasized finding a little house, listening to seagulls in some small village. So many fields! Many trees! Nature at its best! Blessings from US💖

I love the countryside here but much prefer USA, an amazing country, beautiful scenery and amazing beaches, I fell in love with Colorado, Arizona and Florida. If ever you would like to swap ;)

@@SimonWard1 Oh dear Simon, you are funny❣I grew up in the North East, spent time in Pacific NW, both gorgeous places. Life stuck me in S Carolina. One aspect I miss most is the smell of cold water oceans. Could you do a Drone in an England seaside village if it's not too much trouble? The music was lovely as well. Blessings Simon💌🙏

I would love to live further south, nearer to the coast. This was filmed on the Devon/Cornwall border, near Launceston. I uploaded a drone video of Looe during the summer, lovely place, I would move there tomorrow if I could.

Thank you so much for this, I think you did an excellent job. You are truly a miracle worker. The medium shots and close ups look incredible. I actually think the colorized version was even better. Thank you again for taking the request. On a side note, the young man in the movie went on to edit films for Roger Corman and became a respected adr editor, Die Hard was one of his last films.

No problem at all and thank you for your positive comment. I didn't think it turned out very well as the original was in awful condition. It did put my system on overdrive though and took some time to do it as best as I could. Crazy to think that someone in a move from 1937 would have something to do with Die Hard! Thank you for the info, very interesting :)
