YEP.. that's why I said leave it alone..put a coat of varnish on the rusty stuff. btw ..it's a chilly to us, 56 down here in South Alabama...but,,,now it's gonna be 33 tonite..that's good with me..ya'll can have all that snow and NEGATIVE degrees stuff.........lov from south alabama.

Merry Christmas from Norway. Thanks for all your videos. Feel like part of the family. Can I ask what Jenna was working with before she took on the tree house and airbnb house projects. I hope the revenue from.renting out the airbnb maybe later the tree house too will make up for the loss in salary and all the building materials and tools and time. Merry Christmas, Lauren! We’re so glad you feel like part of our family! 🤍 I’ve done a lot of things for extra income, but most recently, I was a mortgage loan processor and closer. We’ve definitely made some financial sacrifices but we’re getting there! It has been a huge blessing to be able to be with the kids more AND do this for a living! Not that it was easy to get here, but sometimes I have to pinch myself! Ted and I hope you have a very blessed week and weekend! 🌲🥰🤍

We can give you a short/rough breakdown. 🏠 House 52k 🔨 Renovations 55k Total cost with furnishings, closing costs, interest etc. roughly 115k House valuation post renovation 149k We all hope you have a wonderful day! 🌲❤️

You found the perfect use for rounded edge of tree logs cants. Using these cant edges for stairs stringers is perfect the thick part is at the bottom for strength and the thin part holds the step and round edge sheds water... Stair stringers is Simply the perfect use the the logs rounded cant edges....

In any construction, there are three things to determine what can be done: time, cost, and quality. And you can pick any two that will determine your job. You can pick out how long you want to take and what quality of construction you want to do and that will give you a cost. Then you can pick the cost of materials and quality and that will give you your time or you can pick time and the amount you want to spend on materials and that will give you your quality. There is nothing that cannot be done is just how much time and money you will spend.

We just got the same weather system that came thru our neck of the woods with the cold, wind and snow. Supposed to be back up in the 40's this weekend though with rain, so it'll probably all melt. 🫤
