Ireland was sent out by the british as indentured People, they run jamaica as slaves masters, cruel bustards they were too, bloody rapists. The Scottish, Irish, English, India, chinese, just to name a few. The English let loose all europeans & americans on all african slaves, both men & women and the worst atrocities in human history lives took place. When most of us came here to see & witnessed how England treated the Irish, we were dumbfounded. Because we did not know our history, we lived among the Irish as common place. The truth later on was quite different. Jamaica was the worst treated in the transatlantic slave trade.

I'm Irish American never been to Jamaica or Ireland always been drawn to both even here in the states there are so many linguistic and cultural similarities between Irish Americans and black Americans it's insane if you know where to look for example. Using the word "be" to say you eat cookies regularly in the statement. "I be eating cookies" the only two languages that happens in is Irish and aave

I grew up in an area in Dublin called Coolock, hence my username here. I first heard reggae music at around the age on 11 (late 70s) and grew up listening to it. Today i am in my late 50s and reggae music is still my favourite music. And reggae music was a huge part of growing up in Coolock for many people, and still is.

I must conclude, that after watching this video in its entirety. Something that i failed to do the first time i tried. This all boils down to a couple of things. First of all, smart meters were not smartly built, and i doubt that is the case. And second of all, JPS accidentally did this on purpose, to overcharge the consumers knowing that there will be very little consequence to their dishonesty. Whenever a government falis to protect its people, then deceptive practices will become the norm. Can someone please tell me, how can a government sit back and allow a company to gross a profit of almost USD70 million dollars on a yearly basis in a small country of 3 million people. My heart bleeds for my people 😢😢😢 There are approximately 1.3 million Jamaicans living outside of Jamaica and i can tell you that among them, there is a large percentage that would love to return home. But the biggest draw back to doing so is our kleptocratic government. The IMF has deemed that Jamaica should have been declared a developed nation based upon the money that our government had borrowed through the years. This is based upon if the money was properly used for the purpose it was borrowed for. But obviously it was not and significant amounts were misappropriated.

Totally appreciate this content...the next time I visit Jamaica I pan on visiting Great House and hope to meet the owners. So important to know the past and before the enslavement of blacks we ruled Africa and other places..those maps are a gem....not only the history of Jamaica and other places in the diaspora we need to know our own family history. How many generations in your family do you know?Speak to the seniors and do the research. What were their customs, names, professions, and characteristics ( and having no judgement). Only then will you understand yourself and then you can discard what does not benefit you .

I have a question, have owners checked their electricity metre? It might be a good idea to take a note of the metre reading at the beginning of the month each month. That means you get the reading for the beginning and end of each month. And, take a photo of the metre reading.
