great review! Just a note... think you can layer your own voice with one of the pre-recorded ones and sort of smoosh them together in Ace... maybe that's gonna be the "enhance" button, for now ;))

Ace fucced me. They no longer have a monthly price option. The way it’s worded is weird if you’re not careful I thought I was going to pay $16 but $199 came off my card for a year plan. They have no phone customer service only email. I had the monthly plan before but couldn’t login so I attempted it with a new email. They are actually still trying to charge for monthly even though they say it doesn’t exist anymore. It’s criminal.

For me I like it to be as loud as it is, so you can also feel it properly. In my opinion you are supposed to bring hearing protection. I was in Wacken and there you could get it everywhere. You are supposed to have it on concerts and normally most people have it

The thing that comes to mind for me is the staff who are employed at these venues. In the U.S. noise exposure is regulated for employees by OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), but it seems clear that they don't pay visits to these venues, otherwise a lot of them would be shut down. Regardless, it's damn inconsiderate to expect staff to endure this exposure in order to make a living.

Ace studio has 1 huge problem that needs to be fixed. It can't speak or pronounce English properly. Im asian and ace studio sounds ASIAN to me. It struggles to translate and pronunciations. I am struggling with this problem. I paid a lot for a product that hasnt delivered enough. it's not really great and it's a losing battle to get acestudio to pronounce clearly english. I may refund by the trials 90 day of 3rd months. Another ai defeated ace studio and is free. So I'm disappointed. I would have stayed with ace and paid other half. Now I've moved on to ither ai. Checking out synth v now and generators.

Reason have enough include Rack Extension to not having the need of external VST and they are plenty of optional Rack Extension you can tweak and use, the only pack i use as VST was the one that Arturia give me with my Audiofuse 8 Pre and there MIDI control keyboard , reason already give me anything i need i buy those Softube Rack Extension for more than 100 euros and they are still in use, new user are lucky to have those for nothing with the new formula Reason+ , i dont need those because im using to buy each upgrade every two years, hope we still have the choice of reason + or reason offline.

Your voice is decent, idk what you're talking about. People should try to learn to develop their own voice instead of replacing it with some artificial junk. YOUR voice is the biggest part of what makes your music YOURS. I also think, it's funny that your top song is litterally called "I Want to be Somebody Else." EMBRACE YOUR OWN VOICE

gross video. "fix your song by pretending to be someone else" - maybe dont care so much? maybe write something you're more proud of? idk, there are so many better solutions than paying a monthly subscription for an AI. you're pedaling garbage and we both know it.

YES BUT IN THIS ORDER > Create a voice clone "OF YOUR VOICE" using ControllaXYZ or Musicfy. Then, use tools like Ace, Synth V, or your choice to perfect the vocals, and have your clone mimic the acapella for flawless results!

I`ve been thinking about Ace for a while now. few days ago I took the plunge and signed up for the 2 year deal. After 2 years you get to own the software and you no longer have to pay subs plus you get free updates. I run Cubase Pro 13 and have experimented with that and Ace. Like you, I figured it wasn`t worth the cost and time but, because of the new price plan I now think it is. You are right in saying it is very useful for adding harmonies or say a female line to your songs - that is one good feature. However, what I like, and the reason for buying it, is typing in words and moving then around to create more interesting bits of melody. Using Cubase I can of course shift sections of vocals around but it is so much easier in ACE. Change a few words and pitches to see what a vocal will sound like. Then....export it back to Cubase and use it as a guide track to redo your own vocal. It has a lot of uses and can be an asset to creating music. I would not have taken out a month by month sub because it works out very expensive but the 2 year option is worth doing. It should cost me around £300 for the 2 years but after that there is nothing more to pay and I will still get all the updates free for as long as I like. I think most of us can sing - some better than others. Using this program will help you to fine tune your own singing and maybe get a better finished song.
