If I'm Retired! And like you say the Government requires me to invest a little, to avoid Taxes into a TFSA account only to receive 2.6 to 3.3% compared to Cost of Living Increases and the Stock Exchange Rate depreciation to the EUR, last year was 95% inflation! Can you imagine in 20 years how will you be? At the end of the day, we still have to pay Taxes! On hard earned Retirement Savings. It's better to keep your money safe away from the Banks, so that you don't see your money disappear into taxes, or immigrate to another Country where they will not tax you.

Hi Nozi..Thank you so much for the information..I was so excited to start investing by myself but not what is confusing me that the TER are way lower when using easy compare as opposed to the fund sheet from the company itself... E.g Satrix top 40 on easy equities is 0.1 but on their fund sheet on their website it's 0.55.. Sygnia top 40 on easy equities is 0.22 but on their website it's 0.47.. Why is there a discrepancy?

Pay less tax tfsa, is better when you're annuity matures you going to pay tax on your annuity

Hi Unsuspecting Investor(s), Be warned, this scheme is fraud! My withdrawal and that of my wife have stuck for months. Shezi and the finance person Deli, kept coming up with all sorts of excuses on why they could not pay us. I investedd over 100,000 rand in their farm over the past four years, and they could not even pay me half of my investment upon request. They have postponed my payment date more than 3 times and they are not even responding to the phone calls. Even email response are autogenerated. Invest your hard earn money at your own risk!
