Great video with 3 major issues. 1st, don't get engaged in Ethiopia, you get 0 experience while the troops are stuck there until WWII as the war doesn't end. 2nd assign the 2 medium bomber squadrons to the Light Tanks send to Spain and then to Japan. You get huge amount of air XP let alone before the end of 1937 you have 5 x level 5 medium tank divisions. In addition going going down the 4Y Plan and Autarky outweighs completely everything else.

Honestly I disagree with the part where you say do not release collab government. It is like a normal puppet on steroids. You get 75% of factories, you can choose not to call them to war so less borders and especially manpower like puppets. The best part with collab government is that they can not change their own autonomy. Doesn't matter how much increase it gets they won't change it which makes them powerful. Collabs can help even one state countries like Oman, Yemen, Luxembourg and so on. If you do not like collab governments I wonder what's your opinion on normal puppets.

I am not sure but you didn't trained your navy and airforce till 3rd level. It would give you some xp. In cost few accidents and a bit a fuel.

Really enjoyed this video and some of the tips you showed were great for a beginner like myself. I then tried to follow the start and found I did not have the Flammpanzer available to research don't know if I need a specific DLC for this I only have the base game with Man the Guns and Gotterdammerung expansions. That said top marks and look forward to seeing future videos from you.

1:14 I would personally switch one of the 4 HMG modules for some cannons, and with the saved weight, add drop tanks for more range. 552km is really limiting, especially on the eastern front

Not only do I never overstrength, but I mix in lower slot units in order to have more units. For example, about a third of my infantry are bridging engineers. And I keep 2-4 slots free for unit splitting. I play with perimeter control, and I depend on surrounding enemy forces then slowly subduing them. Having numerical advantage is critical to that strategy. As enemies grow weak, lesser units can complete the attack, forcing surrender.

my current run i went for early justify on yugo. released almost all france colonies for tension controll. chained a nother justify on albania to stay at war with a major. took all of yugo and the romanian oil. justify on netherlands and sweden to get the rest of the recources needed to achive autarky. dont take extra stuff. send volunteers to china. make the white peace happen. 0 WT by 41
