A-H had a large navy before and during WW1, as they were competing against the Italians.Unlike the German, the AH navy wasn't well funded tho, so it was somewhat outdated by the end of the war and more importantly it lacked critical torpedo protection. They lost Hungary's biggest warship to just 2 torpedo hits

@@ESG1 In Triest, Mediterranean, nothing in the Black Sea. Triest fall to Italy after WW1 and Austria had no coast left.
