I'd never set a flaming metal pot on a wooden disc. I couldn't see the bottom of the outer shell. Is it a double layered one piece? It doesn't look like it. It looks like the ashes and coals will fall through the inner basket and sit on the metal bottom which is touching the wood. The longer the burn the more coals. I looked on the reviews and all the 1-star reviews (5 as of today) show photos of charred wood and reviewers warning it may set the disc on fire. Another said bits of wood fell into the lower area and flames were coming out the air holes.

What a cute little product! Gives the ambiance of a regular campfire without the big mess. Love it! 😊

I think a would use a piece of tile to set everything on…looks cool! Nice if you don’t want to get a big campfire going but still have the ambiance! I have a mini solo one and have not tried wood pellets yet with it. Good to know you like them. Easier to transport.

I have scene stoves like this on the market that you can feed the fire from the bottom at the side That way you do not burn your hands feeding the fire from the top

Look into down booties to sleep in. Campers use them in sleeping bags. They are great.

I got something similar. My neighbor made me cross holder I can put on top of it so I can use it for cooking as well

Hey everybody who has bought a mymini pot (not the grill) Foodlion in the pot n pans section has a .07 Qrt aluminium mug by victoria,$5 it fits perfectly in the mymini ! Now now we can cook anything , and onepot meals 👍

I hate the way some people get rude. I watch a lot of videos and no matter how you say something that you do or say that someone else can do.. Doesn’t mean you are telling them they need to do it to. It’s always a choice. I have to keep sock on in the winter and like them over my pj’s too. Summer I hate shoes let a lone socks. lol each to their own. I am going to have to check into the hand warmers my arthritis is bad and they don’t bend like they use to. You have a lot of good ways to keep warm. Thanks for sharing.

Good report Kym. Helpful ideas. I use the fleece material on bolts at fabric stores, or wally world. Get them the size of a twin bed. One or two of those together are like a hot house. I will wrap my feet up in one to warm my cold toes. The weave on these are tighter, I think, than on the fleece blankets, therefore, to me, they are warmer...and they are very thin. We are in the 20's here at night in this cold spell going thru the south. Last night I put two of the fleece sheets on under a comforter. I felt so, so hot. Felt good! I had to take them off and just use the fleece on my feet and the comforter.

The usb sleeping bag/pad looked interesting!
