With Phase 2 coming into the market will the rental yield become lower and Phase 3 and 4 and 5 coming , soon in 10 to 15 years jb city condo be flooded with massive surplus units and rental price dropping like crazy do you forsee such problems...coz anyone who buys now will be stuck with a property in 15years time

Phase 1 buyers bought on average about RM900psf. So yes prices now are higher. They should be selling nearer to RM1000psf today
