How we aim to defeat live, inbound grenade tipped harpoons, plus included in this video is the semi-redacted proof of these discussions with defense contractors.

The only vehicle that will go 60 knots with an MT30 aboard is the truck hauling it to the shipyard, lol. And the shipyard will have to be in the US for that.

Surveillance Advisory: Whalers have now recognized the formidable capabilities of the Whale Defense Agency in employing advanced surveillance and breach technologies to vigilantly monitor and disrupt illicit whaling operations. Any endeavors to thwart or circumvent our surveillance mechanisms or our agents in the field risk immediate escalation of enforcement measures, with the potential for heightened direct-action responses and the acquisition of evidence from your vessels. Any endeavors to obstruct or impede the agency's operations pose a grave risk of invoking forceful, though non-violent, temporary detainment or other intervention at the scene of the operation. This may involve the deployment of non-lethal defense materials, ensuring the whalers compliance until our units conclude their operations and facilitate the crew's return to their vessel, should any whaling crew remain on-board or detect our agents operations against them. In accordance with stringent operational security protocols post-intelligence collection, our units are prepared to employ OC sprays and visual smoke barriers, if necessitated or compelled, to hinder visual observation of agents disembarking from the vessel. Such measures underscore the seriousness with which the Whale Defense Agency regards any attempts to interfere with its imperative mission to safeguard marine ecosystems and thwart illegal whaling activities. Our actions with the whalers have included physical altercations, requiring our units to carry defense materials of unspecified type and origin. Whalers have attempted to shoot our crew and have attempt to run over our drone equipment and our team members on the road. These aggressive, and hostile operations by the whalers themselves place their crew at greater risk, as our team will be allowed to defend themselves using defense materials. kzbin.info/www/bejne/Znqsc55rq66he80

Press Release: whaledefenseagency.org/the-60-knot-apv-may-launch-by-2026-to-engage-kangei-maru/ This state-of-the-art, 60 plus million dollar custom anti-poaching vessel, (as the designer states), is a 60-meter-long vessel capable of reaching speeds in excess of 60 knots, making it the fastest and most formidable anti-whaling ship ever built, and capable of outrunning even the fastest armed warships on earth. Designed to engage whaling fleets like no other, and purpose-designed over 5 years ago in secrecy before the agency's launch in 2023, the APV's sprint speed allows it to control engagements at will, forcing whalers to keep their distance, or allowing the Whale Defense Agency to engage at will no matter the surveillance used against the anti-whaling fleet. Equipped with advanced defense and surveillance systems, both visible and concealed, the APV can deliver a powerful response whenever necessary, including a 227,000 liter a minute water cannon, a 15,000 volt electric shock anti-boarding system and undersea propulsion disabling equipment, as well as a rapid response team capable of destroying the harpoon gun on deck in under 15 seconds once they have got to the harpoons location and begun working. The vessel is equipped with ELINT (electronics signals intelligence processing) for early warning, a radar range exceeding 79 nautical miles, and an over the horizon engagement and interception capability with a range of at least 2,800 nautical miles. She can travel in excess of 10,000 nautical miles @ 15 knots as well as during an interception she can travel in excess of 1,199 nautical miles at 60 plus knots continuously without stopping or refueling and has over 65,000 horsepower for on board systems, a single MT30 Marine Gas Turbine from Rolls Royce and Rolls Royce waterjets, and two MTU 5,000 horsepower engines. Due to the fast speed, the vessel will be outfitted with an Advanced Infrared Marine Mammal Detection & Mitigation System for Anti-Whaling Interceptions (AIMM-DMSAWI) and smaller agile support craft to scout ahead of the ships position and alert agency crew of any course and speed corrections required for effective interception. The Advanced Infrared Marine Mammal Detection & Mitigation System for Anti-Whaling Interceptions (AIMM-DMSAWI) can achieve: Automatic detection of whale blows within more than 2 nautical miles distance from detector. Display of instantaneous location of events coupled with prediction of potential encounter. Immediate, recurring event video snippets for verification by a human observer. Automatic logging and documentation of events for retrospective inspection. Technical Details: Day and night operation for months in a row. Field of View 360° horizontally (panoramic view) and 18° vertically Gyro stabilized platform against roll and pitch (12° each). Continuous (24/7) autonomous operation with 5Hz (5 frames per second) full frame scan rate. Real-time track and visualisation of events. So with concerns over illegal whaling and the recently launched Kangei Maru continuing to escalate, the introduction of the APV by 2026 sends a powerful message straight to the heart of illegal whalers.
