I've used KingBank 6800 2x16 and 2x24 kits since they're best bang for the buck to get Hynix A-die chips which are hella overclocking chips. On AMD B650 with 7900X3D I was able to get 6400 CL28 in 1:1 fully stable without any active cooling and 8000 CL34 in 1:2. If you want to just set and forget then the 6000 CL30 and 6000 CL32 kits are fine, but they are Hynix M-Die chips and are a bit limited in overclocking, they struggle to hit higher frequencies and error out at lower voltages already compare to A-die. If you want to set manually then get 6000 CL28 / 6800 CL34 I don't see any point in paying extra for the 7200 and 7600 KingBank kits. It's a shame tho that where I live it's very difficult to sell KingBank 2nd hand. Somehow every buyer says they are cheap "Chinese" RAM and they are bad RAM. They are clueless these are Hynix chips inside. Who gives a crap if the heatsinks are Chinese made lol, the chips matter the most. And to be honest the KingBank heatsinks, the white and black ones with stripes and the black one in this video all look quite alright, they are definitely not ugly heatsinks.

Can you do a review of the GIGABYTE B650E AORUS STEALTH ICE Motherboard? Stealth builds are becoming more popular.

Unfortunately the STEALTH isn't available where I'm from (Singapore), perhaps due to the fact that such motherboards with connectors on the rear aren't really taking off here (yet)...but that said, I had a look at the specs - on paper, the B650E AORUS STEALTH ICE does seem to have a good set of features, with Gen 5 support for a graphics card and a M.2 drive, plus a pretty sweet-looking aesthetic to boot! Only downer is the fact that the WIFI 7 module supports 160 MHz channel widths and not the full-fat 320 MHz "true" WIFI 7 standard...

The X870 EAGLE is more than sufficient for a 9800X3D IMO - going to the B650E (regardless of B650E-F or B650E-E) is worth it only if you can appreciate say, better audio, a more blinged-out aesthetic and all that jazz that comes from purchasing a ROG product! Also, are you intending to use the RTX 4060 in a new PC build or as an upgrade for your RTX 2060? The RTX 4060 is well-suited for 1080p gaming given its specs, and consumes a lot less power...but my take is that whether to upgrade or not really depends on the types of games that you play, and the specs of your current/future setup!
