Do the people who design these WONDER where you can put blankets, sheets, toilet paper, toothbrushes, groceries and so on & on. WE NEED STORAGE folks. they charge so much for such cheap quality.

This home is absolutely gorgeous and perfect!!! I LOVE THE LAYOUT! The foyer with the large closet was spot on especially the blue accent wall and the archway! The living room was nice but the kitchen was FABULOUS!!! The color of the cabinets, back splash and counter tops would be exactly the colors I would want and the laundry room was perfect. Loved the water heater in the laundry room instead of a closet in a bedroom. Was overjoyed to see ALL bedrooms on one end and the primary rather “ off to itself”. Room sizes were spot on… Loved how the dining room lead out to the covered porch too! This house floor plan was PERFECT!!! Thank you for sharing!!! ☺️🙏🏾❤️

Very cute little home. The front bedroom is not very functional with the bathroom in it, though - where do you place a bed? A 2nd bath really isn't necessary in such a small home. I'd omit it in the next lot model, but keep it as an option. (Also agree with others about an open fridge door hitting the corner of the dining table. Might want to revamp that area a touch to accommodate dining tables.)

This would be perfect if it had room for side-by-side washer/dryer instead of stacked. Those are too tall for me & I'm too old to be scaling a ladder to access the dryer!
