Hello , I have been diagnosed with a large Hemorrhagic cyst on my left ovary and I wil have surgery within the next weeks. Horrible symptoms that I have been going through. Doctor said they might have to remove the left ovary and part of the fallopian tube. I am 48 and had hysterectomy back in 2017 and removed my uterus and 7 years the same story repeats again but Joe this time on my ovaries. I am not sure if birth control pills should help prevent this. I only have one son and he is 25 now and didn’t want to have a second child so I was on birth control all these years until 2016 they found 6 large fibroids around my uterus which resulted in total abdominal hysterectomy. So today is 2025 and seven years later the story repeats again, but this time the cyst is 7cm x 6.3cm and is going to get Removed with laparoscopy surgery. My stomach is so bloated that I am look pregnant and the Symptom are terrible. Thanks for sharing your story. Blessings from Western NY.

I'm 19yo and a month ago I did my blood test and my vitamin D was 8ng/ml which is very very low. So from that day onwards I took 4 dosages of vitamin d (liquid) 60kIU, ive seen some improvement but some days are really bad I get anxious really easily, I have problem sleeping, I catch viral infections frequently, ive rarely been sick by this viral infections in my life. My knees feel heavy and weak my body aches because of which I cannot go the gym, can't play football.. This phase of my life is really bad and I really wish I will recover from this soon. Please suggest me something or tell your stories to help me go through this..I pray for all of you to get better if you are suffering from any illness. May God bless all of us❤.

I take 8000iu in the winter months. Make sure you take K2 with it or it wont work as well. It takes about 2 weeks for it to kick in. I take it in tablet form 2 x tablets of 4000iu with 100mcg K2 included in the tablet with the D3. Come April and the brighter weather I back down to 4000iu.

I stopped taking d3 for months into winter and everything flared up. I will get back on supplements and monitor my levels. Thanks for the very informative video :)

I used nuvaring for 3-4 years, stopped using it almost 1,5 years ago and I feel like my body's hormones are totally out of control. 6 months in after quitting the birth control I started getting severe acne. Now my skin is much better but i still get acne sometimes so it bothers me. Plus I constantly feel moody and bloated and it's making me feel bad about myself. I also have fatigue. I'm trying to get a doctor's appointment soon but can somebody please tell me is it normal to have these symptoms still, even tho it's been so long since i quit nuvaring 😥

Dumping the sugar will help with dry eyes. Potassium is important for fluid balance so getting enough potassium is important too.

D deficiency can trigger obesity because it drives what Dr. Judson Somerville (author of ‘The Optimal Dose’) calls ‘Winter Syndrome’. If the body is not getting enough Vitamin D, it deduces that Winter is coming & starts to drive our appetite for high calorie foods, & starts laying down fat to help it cope through the Winter. However, many of us seem to have polymorphisms in the D receptors & are unable to absorb or utilise the D very well at cellular level regardless of how much sun we get, how much we consume or how much we take. Because the cells are then not getting enough the body is existing in permanent Winter mode. It cannot cleanse itself properly, or function properly because it is just not getting anything like enough D for every cell that needs it (which is virtually all of them). Because of the polymorphisms, many of us cannot get enough D from the sun or food so have no option but to take higher doses of D to enable enough to get through. In some cases, when the body is not getting enough of something for a long time, it seems to down-regulate the receptors which can then only be ‘woken up’ with ‘therapeutic’ doses, at least for a while.

I was diagnosed with vit d3 deficiency and a vit b12 deficiency and at the same time had an Hba1c of 5.9, which makes me insulin resistant. Could there be any connection of the vitamins deficiency to insulin resistance?

Vitamin K2 helps direct calcium to the bones and teeth, where it is needed, and away from soft tissues and arteries, where it could cause harm. I'm taking 200 mcg of Vitamin K2 with Vitamin D3 (was taking 4000 iu for 2 weeks and now am taking 6000 iu - will be testing blood monthly to get my Vitamin D blood levels to 60-70 mcg/L). I had 22.4 mcg/L when I was feeling as if sometime is sucking the life energy out of me. EDIT: didn't notice that this video is from 7 years ago. :D

Soak your feet in half cup of Baking soda and half gallon of water in a Tupperware plastic that fits your feet. ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ Soak for 1 hour before bed for a week. Never walk barefoot, especially with socks on because the dirt goes from sock to your sneakers and the fungus and odor starts there. Always change socks and remove sneakers when at home and use open air slippers to dry out your feet. Also wear sandals and slippers outdoors sometimes. Not always smothering your feet in sweat and darkness in your shoes. Also, having more than 1 pair of shoes helps keep shoes fresh as you switch pairs during the week. The baking soda water soak will kill the smell instantly the first day. But anything deep under the nails will take about a week of daily soaking. Then keep doing it once a week forever after that, so it never comes back. Use a toothbrush under your toenails while soaking. And watch some videos. Your spouse can then suck your toes during sex. 😅 You're welcome.😂🎉

Hi, Taylor! Thank you for updating with your experience! You are so patient. I have decided to start with 50k IU with 200 mcg K2 every other day for 2 weeks, then take it once a week after. I want to raise my levels quickly and I know up to 50k IU daily is safe (no toxicity) based on research. After reading about how important Vitamin D is for brain and nerve function, immunity, sleep, etc, I want to get my levels from 17 ng/mL to 100 ng/mL.
