Magnesium Product Review
There are a few supplements that I use every day or every week. Magnesium is one of those products! I believe it is necessary to use supplements in order to have optimal health. The reason being that our diets are not sufficient to provide all the vitamins and minerals that out bodies need.
I love using magnesium as a weekly supplement because it is important on a cellular level but also provides noticeable benefits. I love to use it before bed because it is relaxing, both mentally and physically. Here I talk about four of my favorite products to use! I try to use any one of these magnesium products up to three times a week. So I will do a magnesium salt or epsom salt bath once a week and then a couple times a week use the Calm magnesium drink. Sometimes I will use the transdermal oil. These are the supplements I use regularly. Hope this is helpful! Thanks for watching. :)

This stuff is really wonderful when you don’t have time for a bath. It is really relaxing and eases your mind and any tension in your body

This is really nice for a quick rub down on achy muscles, I apply it to my shoulders, back, thighs and feet for the day before leaving the house or at night before bed

I've been thinking about the question of topical absorption since I heard your talk about epsom salt baths. So: have this hypothesis that topical application of a range of good substances (such as a coconut oil on the face or onions in your socks during sleep, or garlic cloves on bad skin, probably deliver special benefits at the site of contact. Also: Your skin is radiant. Can't believe you're able to maintain that in Southern California.

Yeah I think you're right about topical absorption having local benefits. And for my skin, thank you! Lots of water, lemon water and fish oil (all orally).

All right already. I went out and bought two bottles of magnesium citrate. So: Vitamin D: Check. Vitamin K2: Check. Magnesium: Check. So let's see what happens to my bar exam studies!
