Loved the long silent holds. Modified and did reverse dragon due to partial tear but still had a wonderful quad stretch

It has been a while since I've joined one of your practices and it felt like coming home, or catching up with a good friend. I love that you have shared all these videos and seem very much calm and like yourself. Reflecting back on how I've changed since watching your videos, yin yoga has become more and more present and I have also become more calm. And I've taught a real life yin class when our teacher did not show up last-minute. It showed me how much I've learned by all the different teachers I've had, both online and offline. Good to visit here again and hope you are doing well!

3/4/24. Usually, yin yoga is a treat for Sundays only. Yesterday I put in 11.0 miles between a hike and housecleaning so I thought I gave myself an extra treat today 😂Thank you ❤

3/1/24. After practicing yoga almost daily for 5 months, I came to realize that my favorite style of yoga is slow flow. I don’t enjoy the one breath one moment style. I feel it’s so dazzling that I spend all my energy on following the poses that I have no time to relax. Yoga isn’t a best cardio workout anyways so I don’t want to move so fast that my heart is pounding 😂😂
