A wonderful morning Yin practice, thank you so much! I really love deer pose and your words of wisdom about keeping yourself aware of the present moment. I am currently reading Yoga For Body, Breath and Mind by A.G Mohan. Coincidentally I am reading a chapter on the integration of body and mind with the breath. You can quiet the mind by quieting the breath; you can quiet your breathing by changing the activity of the body. So interesting and something I have been practicing for awhile now and still learning about for yoga and meditation. Thank you again for the Yin session! Have a great week! Namaste ❤️🧘🙏❤️
