I only started getting into Coraline around last year. I started seeing some clips from the film and I was enjoying what I was seeing. I eventually managed to see the film for the first time back in August this year when they rereleased it in theatres for its 15th anniversary and I absolutely loved it. As a huge animation fan, I absolutely adored this film and Coraline herself was a huge reason as to why. I really loved her as a character. She so easily could have been an annoying brat, but, from how she was portrayed, she was very, very likeable, and Dakota Fanning was also perfectly cast as the character. I actually got all of Laika’s films on Blu-Ray recently, so I’m excited to check out the other films they’ve done.

I'd rather put princess mononoke at the first of the time line and i personally think that castle in the sky won't fit in this time line because it wasn't about the certainly spirits and humans but magic and advancements in science but still we've seen that the technology used by the people of the current timeline(means pazu and others)would might be the tech were old (that means the technology we used at the early stages of industrial revolution mostly steam powered) though some might compare this with princess mononoke cuz they too use the similar technology but i think that castle in the sky is more western and i haven't seen Nausicaa so I don't have any idea about that and most importantly ARRIETTY wasn't directed by Miyazaki It was directed by Hiromasa Yonebayashi the director of the WHEN MARNIE WAS THERE so I don't think Arrietty can't included in this theory (though it was co-written by Miyazaki and I also think That Sho/Shaun might be Howl cuz they resembles so much each other this was a whole different theory ) BTW i just finished Arrietty 😅

Dear big fans of Brave the bear stuff likely doesn't do anything with Merida's difficult mother, or accurate soul stuff historically. If you discover stuff from their hidden culture the bear fits Fergus's true courage, Merida's tenacity and the strength of both. Plus if you stay focused and go further into Celtic history it fits what some foes manipulated them into believing later. If you look at the details of the bear in Brave that way it fits both sides of the whole story.

I think the rebellion had been wanting Katniss to be the mockingjay for a very long time. I believe that they knew she was good at being a hunter and survivor, they knew that she had to be the one. So I do believe that even before the first hunger games, they wanted Katniss to be the mockingjay. It does seem a weird coincidence that Prim who had her name put in once due to her age as more entries are put in as you get older was chosen in the first film. I believe that she was selected to make Katniss volunteer. Someone could have been secretly working for the rebels and rigged the reaping. Because they wanted to instill that hope in people. It is also the reason they selected Peeta as they wanted Peeta and Katniss to fall in love to emphasise the cruelty of the capital. I think there's a lot of chance involved but it was a miracle that both Katniss and Peeta came out alive after the first games as defying the games rules, the rebellion couldn't have asked for more. I also believe that this led the way for Plutarch to suggest the idea for returning victors in the quatre quell, he was suggesting they return past victors to pretend he wanted Katniss dead when really he wanted to snatch Katniss out of the arena. Of course, Snow fell for this wanting Katniss dead not knowing that the game maker and the other tributes were part of the rebellion although I thought the capital would have better security. Not gonna lie. They already begin to brand Katniss as the mockingjay because Cinna changed the wedding dress to unfold into the mockingjay. Again, the rebellion is already parading her as the mockingjay under Snow's nose. That is why Cinna gets killed before the games because its obvious that Cinna was trying to instill hope into people however Snow does not realise that half of the tributes and Plutarch are also part of the rebellion in District 13. Again, I believe they set up Katniss to volunteer so she can win the first games to then lead that hope into the quatre quell.

I've had a similar idea after completely watching the series. Poe held secrets holding secrets causes nervous twitches. I believe Poe has always tried to teach Olaf that second chances exists and you could be a good person and still get the fortune. But poe only ever acts as someone to bring them back to Olaf. I believe Poe knew that the baudelairs were best with Olaf cause olaf knew the snickets and there lives would be intertwined again. It would force them into using their gifts of thought and inventions and go get em attitude and they'd find answers. But you could be right his cough could also be caused by always having to be polite and lie to Thier faces but his cough extends to his everyday life so I feel like it's less likely

I think there's some truth to this, though I think it's more down to the fact that Mr. Poe cares more about his job at MMM and getting promotions than he does about the Orphans he's supposed to be taking care of (which is ironic, because taking care of them is literally a part of his job). I don't really think it's a coincidence that Poe's said multiple times that because of his job he won't be able to check on the Baudelaires, and that in part 2 of the Miserable Mill, when he laments on the Baudelaires being missing, it's not because 3 children placed in his care are missing, but because 1. he's worried about getting fired, and 2. that if the Baudelaires weren't missing, he would be getting a promotion. Sure, he's as vile as his wife, but I don't think he was in cahoots with Olaf.

I think that he was using the Boudilares and Quagmires to destroy VFD. He knew placing them with either side would only enflame the schism. If you think about it, most of VFD died in one way or another because of the Boudilares, whether it was trying to capture or rescue them. Think about it, first he places them with the most hated man from the fire starting side, making sure Jaquilien knows about it. You can clearly see her getting her spyglass out in the opera sence, before Violet tells them that she signed the document with her left hand. She ment to burn the opera down, killing Olaf. When that failed, he instead placed them with Monty, who was killed, then the most "Fierless and Formable" member of the organization, who was killed. After loosing them for a bit, he placed them with the Quagmires, drawing in several members of VFD. Additionally, several important places ro the VFD, like the at the Hospital that held several records, were all destroyed because of the Boudilares. Gustav, Monty, Josephine, Dr. Orwell, Jaques, Larry, Kit, Man with beard but no hair, woman with hair but no beard, Esme, Kit, Olaf, the island members, all died because of the Boudilares. And maybe, the ones that chose to leave VFD for a quite life he killed himself.

Or does he use the Boudilares to get rid of VFD, both sides? He knows placing them with Olaf will cause the good side ro rescue them and Olaf to become obsessed with them. Then he moves them to all of VFDs most important members, and eventually in close contact with the Quagmires. This sets up a long chain of events that kills almost every VFD member. Of course, he couldn't plan everything down to a T, he was merely "setting a fire" and warching it burn VFD to a crisp.
