There are so many yoga channels on here to show you the poses. But I love that you are showing the philosophy and life changing aspects of yoga. Thank you so much, Mollie! You are such a beautiful person😊

Boho Beautiful is my personal favorite. It's the channel that I have been following and doing practice with for years now, I remember I started 2017. For me, they are the best of them all. I have bought some of their premium programs and they are all so valuable and have helped me advance my practice and workout and have helped me emotionally too.

I was the exact same way I fried my hair over and over again I was obsessing spending money it kept looking worse and worse. I had enough of it. I miss my natural color and I knew I’d never get that back without it. So far I’m on day two, I’m feeling insecure as fuck but no regrets. I look ugly tho🤣

Mollie ive been doing yoga for more than twenty years and it is beautiful, but it is another kind of sport. We have to be careful without the excess of things. You are not yoga, you are molly. Its a tool for mental and physical health. It has to be complimented with other forms of exercise.

You're totally right! Yoga has changed my life for the better but it is not everything that I am and it is not the only way to promote my physical health. But I love it for all the immense value that it brings and I'm so happy to see the value showing up in others too!

I need to get back to gratitude journaling, I saw a big shift in my mindset when I did that regularly! I’ve been documenting my day every now and then in French to help me practice but think I’ll try to add gratitude to it! Thank you for the reminder 😊

.Your video quality is exceptional, and it’s clear they’re made professionally. However, it’s surprising that your views and subscribers aren’t higher. After analyzing your channel, I noticed that your SEO score needs improvement. I’ve taken some screenshots to show you the issues. Would you like to discuss this further?

Hi, thanks so much for this video, it’s so helpful seeing how different your practice can be on different days. I was wondering if you could talk about what your practice looks like when you’re sick or really don’t feel well - trying to envision how I could do yoga every single day! Thanks!

Thank you for your kind comment! I definitely want to make the video about yoga when sick/period/low days, happy to hear you are interested in that. Stay tuned!

Hello! I have only recently come to yoga at a time of great positive change in my life. I also came across the book The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz. That really did it for me - it changed my outlook on how to live entirely. It puts into context what you are talking about here. Worth a read if you haven’t already. ❤

This was such a good video! It can be so hard when the solution seems so obvious. I’ve definitely made this mistake recently too with a close friend. It wasn’t yoga but something similar vein. I think I came to same conclusion you did. You have let people live their own lives and simply be curious about them. I realized that I can actually give myself more space and gentleness when I intentionally try to not overburden my own solutions to others too. Something about relationships to self and others being on a similar wavelength or something hahahha 😅

Chitta, prana, and bhuddi. The thinking mind, life force, and the knowing mind or the witness. I just got back from my 200 hour intensive teacher training at kripalu. I think that without yogic philosophy it’s hard to realize the gifts we have been given. And we definitely only get the physical part of yoga in the modern western world. We also need meditation and breath work.

Hey Mollie, this is my first no buy year as I'm working my way out of student debt. I keep getting surprised by all the things i already have. It feels so cool to be able to provide for myself. When I have a want/need, I first pause and think about what i already have. I actually go through my stuff. It's a more systematic approach. I love it and I never want to go back. It also helps me to keep my home organized. Lovely to see so many videos from like minded people. I wish you the best of luck for the upcoming months! Greetings, Paula
