Ice crystals in the atmosphere can cause this effect round sun and moon. I've seen both but I'm also sure that some of the stuff they are spraying causes similar effects including certain 'clouds' displaying rainbow patterns.

Chemtrailed skies, that will a relection on the upper surface of the heavy metal that's been sprayed. Seen many times personally. Believe it's the angle you're viewing the sun in regards to seeing the larger ring. Same thing happens to the moon in chemtrailed skies.

Its pretty obvious that there's something going on in the skys. There's no way that's just ice crystals forming from the jets. AND the amount of planes going in all directions. AND the fact that they eventually block out the sun and eventually form rain clouds. People please wake up to what's going on around us .
