Southern man was a necessary song. But taken wrong by people who are angry and this is also why Neil Young expressed regret for it because he felt the song was a song he should have realized could be taken the wrong way “ misconstrued “ was his word. He said it in his book called Waging Heavy Peace . He was a pall bearer at Ronnie Van Zant’s funeral. I think both songs are amazing songs and I think both songwriters are amazing friends and amazing talents. It’s just so so sad about the crash in 1977. IF it’s true that the crash had something to do with a song conflict. I think some enemy of the United States was behind the plane crash pitting our artists in a weird battle that did not even exist. Some damn demon did it. Or some terror group. Lunatic Fringe is a great song to help your anger over the sad situation with American artists being murdered just to terrorize Americans. The whole Michael Jackson thing was also a terror attack. Michael was not any pedophile. No way. Candace Owens tells the truth about all that!!! They been doing shit to the United States for decades by hurting and discrediting our best artists. That goes all the way back to Carol Lombard being shot down in her plane the wife of Clark Gable. They just want to kill the American Dream. Don’t let em. Don’t Dream it’s over because it’s not. Let’s all d Dream On like Aerosmith said to do. Until our dream comes true.

Merle is on the list. Merle would say Marty Robbins was better than he was. He did name one of his sons Marty. And Johnny said Marty was the best singer in C and W.

Well, let’s be honest. When 99% of people who say things like “I’m prayin’ for ya” “prayers goin’ up” “you’re in my prayers” they’re just empty words that are said when you want to be kind and don’t know what else to say. I doubt even one person truly reaches out and follows through with a sincere prayer. I personally would rather you not say anything at all than to disrespect me by lying as if I’m dumb enough to believe that you genuinely took time out of your day to talk to the Father on my behalf. Don’t become a liar to console me.

Critics shmitics! Benny was unbelievable in that movie. He’s always outstanding. But in “Fear and Loathing” he was just amazing. Amazing movie but DEFINITELY not made for mass consumption or appeal.

After seeing some of John Rich's recient interviews and song like revelation. I might be able to say he is saved now. Paise the Lord if he is. But songs like save a horse ride a cowboy are just inappropriate and not Christian. So its hard to say. I leave this to God and pray for these men.

I have been a fan since they first started out 20+ years ago with Gretchen Wilson and Cowboy Troy. I was pleasantly surprised by a lot of their songs. And Johns new "Revelation" is spine chilling. I love it. May God bless you both and keep using you to spread the word. In Jesus most precious name 🙏 AMEN 💖

I am because I wanted to know how he got from an awful sinful song like "Save a horse ride a cowboy" came to be a Christian. I want to know if he has repented of that or not. I hope so, because I was once a wretched sinner but was born again.

Check out John Rich's interview with Tucker Carlson a week or two ago. He's my kind of believer! God is GOD. Man cannot reinvent him to his own liking. There is a reason people say someone is a "God fearing man." Love the Lord absolutely and with all your heart, but you'd better have a healthy fear of his awesome wrath as well. People mistreat or dismiss people they love all the time. With God, that's not a good idea. Jesus said as much - there is no place for a person who is Christian when it suits them. There is no place for someone who twists God's words to fit what he or she wants. God's word is at odds with A LOT of what is not only legal but socially acceptable in American society. We may not face the kind of persecution that Christians in other countries face, but that puts a new set of challenges on us. It's very comfortable to be a mainstream Christian, but so many people stumble when the smallest inconvenience is placed in their way. "Oh, I'm against killing babies, but I'd better not say anything." If all it takes is the threat of losing some friends, or the threat of having to find another job to shut you up about God, you might want to reflect on that.
