I've found the detailing on core activation very helpful. And the model outfit helps a lot even identifying which muscle groups are activated. I feel an extended series with basic forms with this level of care for the details might be appreciated by many.

I have tricep tendonitis at the scapular and elbow my elbow is healing and I'm strengthening but the long head tendon is tender as he'll and if I do any pulling movements I can feel it pulling on my back horrible sensation

Hi there! Since I’m a crocheter I have overused my arm and it’s gotten to the point where my arm gets numb & elbow is numb too but when I do the first stretch I couldn’t help but sigh of how good it feels 😭 thank you

I think this is what I have. I run a lot, and have been running for several months getting ready for a mini marathon. But a couple days ago, I ran 6 miles and had to stop because a spot, in the soft part of my left knee, on the left part, started hurting. It’s not on a bone, feels like it’s behind the knee cap maybe. The pain went away mostly the next day. But ran 10 miles yesterday, and the pain got worse at night while sleeping. And was uncomfortable this morning. Guess I’ll need to ice it after running. Some new shoes would probably help to.

Please do a medical check-up for gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) as your symptoms may be originating from a form of Hiatal Hernia and/or an H. pylori infection ( I had to do an endoscopy with biopsy to confirm this as it did not show in my blood or stool even though it was in my stomach). You would be surprised how problems with your gastrointestinal tract affect your overall well-being. I just got back into baseball after a long hiatus, since i stepped away from from sports ive put my body thru alot of damage , a steady diet of toxins, still not the best eater but i was kneeling down brushing my dog and when i stood up it felt like a Charlie Horse in my quad, it hurt real bad for a minute then it was just a dull pain , then today during a game i blew out the other quad! You say over exercising? I cant build my legs up running hills? I should probably rest a few? How do i keep this from happening? Do bananas really help?

I think I have just a minor one. Happened when playing a game where you need to catch a ball fast and it flew over me so I did 180 and started acceralating as fast as possible

I also have pain in my left upper arm, which I think because of carrying my phone most of the time. It's the muscle that was sore when I exercised it in a certain position, spiraling my hand and arm like dancing. Im trying to exercise it in a different position to know which part of the movement makes my muscles sore.

This is the most comprehensive description of the Glute Bridge. Placing your feet hip width apart to me is key. It's detailed and the pelvic tilt is great! I've seen others that tell you that you should be able to graze the tips of your fingers to the heel of your shoe/foot. Does not work for me; perhaps the model is taller and has longer arms.

Hi ma'am, please help me out I have an anterior pelvic tilt. When I walk, people tell me that I walk like a gay, but I am not gay. Can this difficulty in walking occur because of Anterior pelvic tilt? Is this Because my abdominal muscles are weak and tilted hips??

My left arm always in mild pain at least once a year since i was a kid. It usually will be gone in 3-4 days. Idk what causing that and I'm not a gym person
