Well my wife can’t get her legal status even with our daughter in the military and me and my son are US citizens,we spent thousands of dollars just to be told to wait until the law changes,while thousands of people come across undocumented and get asylum incarceration few months SMH😤😤😤

@@elregio23 So let me say out of the eleven million or so Undocumented Immigrant my wife is one of them she has been in the usa over twenty years the only crime she commit is being in the us undocumented we have a son i pay all her medical she have never work so you see i dont take stress because i knew one day some thing will happen as for all the thousand of dollars you spend on lawyers they were just string you along and take your money because they could not do nothing you should have do your home work there are a bunch of crook lawyers out there and out of the eleven million every case is different we are hoping that the president Biden can pass this that will be great but the other problem i am hoping the Republican dont try to block it so good luck to all of us

It’s so unclear, why would we apply for a non immigrant visa if we are already has pending I- 140 and preference petition( sons and daughters) we cannot even apply for a waiver because it’s backlog and our f-1 student visa has expired that’s why we became illegal. What’s store for us health professionals?

What about DREAMERS who did not qualify for DACA because of time difference, but came to the US when they were under 18, for example 14 years old and younger, but came to the US in 2008? Also those DREAMERS who have graduated from universities and have acquired a 4 year university diploma in a STEAM major?? Are those people and their diplomas going to trash, because as far as I know, these individuals can not get a work permit and can not get hired in their field because they do not poses a US work authorization...

She won't need that now. With this she'll get the permit without having to leave. You can then maybe refile the I130 for her after she gets the permit.

This is great! I think they should also work on helping make the waivers for example for misrepresentation or fraud easier to obtain because some people may have all the requirements but the waiver is discretionary and it’s very difficult and scary for people to have it denied.
