nope, prime sanctum 2. You need to P-rank all of the levels of Act II and complete prime sanctum 1, which you unlock the same way but with act I

it kinda came as a shock to me how uninvolved and irrelevant japanese players are throughout osu!taiko's development, considering the game originated directly from japan and a staple in the otoge scene there

osu!taiko has a large japanese playerbase as well, with like 2/3 of top players being japanese lol. however the mapping community is its own separate thing. the mapping community is and always has been dominantly english-speaking. most people in japan don't learn enough english in school to be able to comfortably communicate in english afaik, so they have a hard time getting involved in the mapping community. out of the 30ish nominators right now, only 3 speak japanese.

On the settings for red lines and greenlines. Click on Toggle Kiai time. You can place another green line with this option turned off to end the Kiai time.
