The mission thing has a decent concept, it's just horrible in practice and it will likely mean that people won't stick around using medic when that mission goes away.

The Biggest problem i really have for FaceIT is probably that the missions are basically P2W, as its impossible to get more than 1K points in a month without it, and the stuff to finish missions are unrealistic
