Maggiano's used to publish some of their recipes on their website so I downloaded quite a few of them. I've listed the ingredients for Braised Beef Pappardelle below. Your method of preparation is fairly close to theirs so I won't bother to type out their instructions. Beef chuck - 5 lbs Fresh rosemary - 3 inch stem Salt & Pepper, mix - 2 tsp Yellow onions, diced 1/2" - 1 Carrots, diced 1/2" - 2 Celery stalk, diced 1/2" - 2 Fresh sage leaves - 3 Red wine - 8 oz Balsamic vinegar - 8 oz Beef stock - 2 qts Canola oil - 1 oz Heavy cream - 1 cup

foods like dim sum, steamed eggs, etc. does not fare well with excess cooking moisture dripping back into the food. A problem with Staub's self-basting lids. You may have to use a different lid and even tilt it to avoid basting and excess steam to escape. Something to strongly consider.

If it's not crispy then it's not what 99% of Americans want. CRISPY egg foo young is what makes it special. Otherwise it's just an omelette.

This review helped me decide it was the perfect size for me. I've had my pan for a year or more and its fabulous and easy to clean. Its versatile and great for 1 person. I can stir fry, shallow fry, braise and bake if I want. I find steady medium heat is good for stir fry. Once the pan is at temp it will retain heat so for most cooking I turn it down to low. This is great if you make flatbreads on the stove. I tend to buy from stores with physical locations to make returning items easy. My pan came from Sur laTable on sale.

I usually create a whole salmon filet (4-5 lb side of a salmon) with full sheets of puff pastry. Love the lattice overlay. I have that “lattice” cutter that I use for baking pies.

I use spa Reine bottle water it has no calcium so why do I need to do this ? maybe every 6 months but not after every 50 cups ( Miele just wants to sell their overpriced tablets )

I tried this and had to add extra flour and corn starch. Other than that, it was perfect! I thought this chicken was better than Publix or Golden Corral. This is how I will fry all my chicken from now on!

6:00 This makes alot of sense bc as a kid going to the chinese store in NY back in the day. When i ordered wings they would have alot of them that looked like they were already fried but they would still refry them. Ill try this out this week.
